I bought the insurance for a water pump I ordered because it could not be returned the usual way. I honestly did not have high hopes when I filed the claim, but Asurion was easy to work with and refunded my purchase very quickly. Overall, very pleased with their service.

I purchased this warranty and they refused to pay out. The product failed and the warranty from manufacturer had expired, but they referred me back to manufacturer. The manufacturer confirmed their warranty had expired, but there is no way to continue my claim with Asurion. This seems like totally fraudulent behavior and was a complete waste of money.

Pretty easy to file a claim and get taken care of. It was a quick process. I would have rather had the $$ returned to my card I used on file instead of getting a gift card. Could have used that $$ to pay for my prescriptions. :-/
