I purchased this plan to cover a Jackery power station that I also purchased through Amazon. I received an email from Asurion with the "contract". It states, "Unit Covered: Indicated on your Amazon order confirmation. Unit Covered Price: Indicated on your Amazon order confirmation". In reviewing my Amazon order for the Jackery there is no mention of it being covered. What this tells me is that if I tried to file a claim with Asurion they could simply say that my item is not covered and i would have no proof to the contrary. Called Amazon customer service and they were unable to provide any documentation showing that my Jackery is covered by this plan. I feel like I got ripped off.

I purchased the ASURION 3 year protection plan when I bought my husband a $1300 air compressor for Christmas. It was a reasonable priced protection plan to help me feel better about making such a large purchase of an air compressor and a brand I had never heard of. (Our builder friend recommended this brand to me and said it would fit the footprint area available for installation of this large compressor) I am hoping to never have to use this protection plan. But it will cover anything in the case something were to go wrong. And for the cost of this protection plan....it is worth it!
