Very poor service. Extremely cumbersome to get the refund I was entitled to and had paid for. The item purchased and insured broke during its 4 use, about 5 weeks after it was purchased. I tried to file a claim through Amazon and through the Manufacturer as I was instructed to do. Both claims were denied because the claim was more than 30 days after purchased. That was fine and understood. It is also why I purchased this Asurion insurance. It took 2+ communications via email and chat where I had to explain all that happened, then 2+ phone calls explaining the exact same thing. This was over a period of WEEKS. Then finally, the agent said he had to clear it with a supervisor and someone would get back to me. Days later, I received a notification that my claim had been approved. This was all over a claim for $69.99. Definitely not worth the hassle and I sincerely doubt I will pay for this "coverage" again in the future.

I'm truly grateful to have had this warranty. Although your hope is to never need to use it, I was gratefully relieved to know all was not lost and in truth, I can now easily replace the carpet, should I choose to do so. The reimbursement process was simple and quick without a lot of "tricky questions" or "hidden clauses" or any of the "hoop-la" that sometimes comes with trying to file the claim. Thanks for that, truly!

I purchased two Rulryure Camp Chairs with Shade Canopy. After 30 days of use, the canopies lost their shape and would no remain in the full upper position. I contacted ASURION who researched and found the product to be faulty after a number of times of the chair opening and closing. I received full credit for the purchase and found better chairs for my Wife and I to go out and enjoy our Grandson's Baseball Games. Thank you Asurion for a stress-free and prompt transaction that took only took less than 30 minutes resolve.

My item was damaged during use and it was easy to request a claim with Asurion. They immediately reimbursed the item cost and mailed out a check I received within the week.

The price of the item I purchased replacement coverage for had increased, but I only received reimbursement for the initial price I paid, not for the replacement cost. Customer service was great and a gift card was credited to my account quickly, but I was disappointed to realize I had to pay the increased price difference plus the price of another coverage plan as it was only good for one use. Just something to weigh out when considering how long of a coverage plan to purchase. To be fair, this information may have been in the fine print somewhere and it did save me a little money, so I gave four stars.

I recently purchased two different products along with protection plans on the same day. Due to a change of plans, I had to cancel one of the products. I assumed that the associated protection plan would be automatically canceled as well, but unfortunately, this was not the case. When I reviewed my order history, I found two protection plan orders with no clear way to identify which plan was associated with which product. I contacted customer service for assistance, but the representative was unable to help. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for 23 minutes without any resolution. This experience was quite disappointing and highlights a need for better clarity and support regarding protection plans.
