Purchased insurance on an item that was damaged and needed to be returned immediately. No option fo a refund as this is no longer needed due to faulty order.

asurion is usually very good. Call them explain my problem and have no trouble sending something back. The 4-Season Trading was different. 1. Microwave didn't go out within 30 days. When I called they said "so sorry, too late". Contact Panasonic about their warrantes; It had expired: "Only 1 year". So at this point I contacted Asurion. Difficult. to find the spot to make your claim. I started out calling Amazon over 2 weeks before and was told to contact 4-Seaons which started all this frustration, and delay.
