Best price, extra goodies, wrong adapter (220v european type) The camera looks and functions look much easier to manage than my old Nikon DSLR, it's small enought to be in a pocket (handy) has great zoom features, the best in todays price range , and high resolution, again, better than my old Nikon. Perfect for travel and many times better than my cellphone. Only down side is it came with the wrong charger adapter- 220 v with euro type plug. maybe I can buy an adapter seperately; I don't ant to send it back.

Would not help me when I needed them most. Wasn't getting service satisfaction from the manufacturer who had a 1 year coverage warranty and told me there was nothing they could do until that 1 year expired. Now returning purchase to Amazon.

Need the option to replace product or give money back, gopro has doubled in price now, really wanted a gopro and this thing hasn’t worked from the get go, but definitely recommend getting this protection
