I rarely leave reviews but I had to leave one for this company. It was seriously the best $40 i ever spent. Purchased a treadmill for almost $400 a year ago and it randomly stopped working. Reached out to Amazon and they reminded me that I had purchased the warranty so I called them to file a claim. Before the phone call had ended my claim was already approved and said that I would be receiving a gift card for full reimbursement within 72 hours. When I hung up the phone gift card was already in my inbox. And she told me that I did not have to return the original product. I am highly impressed. I will be getting this on all of my high ticket items going forward. So worth it!

Service: Got this for my treadmill last year. Filed a claim for it when it stopped working the other day. I got immediate feedback and resolution, not 5 mins after submitting my claim. Amazing. Makes getting protection plans like this worth it!

What a comfort to have the Asurion Protection Plan. I recommend it 100% for any purchase in excess of $100. It just adds a assurance to the longevity of an investment.

I’m really satisfied with Asurion’s service. I purchased a treadmill on Amazon along with a 2-year Asurion protection plan. After using the treadmill for 18 months, it stopped functioning. I contacted Amazon about the issue, and they connected me with Asurion. To my surprise, the issue was resolved in just one call, and I received a refund in the form of an Amazon gift card balance. I would definitely recommend getting Asurion insurance.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! Bought a set of hybrid irons all same length. Bought this warranty specifically because customers warned the hybrids may not work for all golfers. My scores went from 45-50 for 9 to 58-65. Tried for 6 weeks. Failed. Contacted Asurion and they denied the claim. Amazon intervened. Asurion STILL denied the claim. Be careful what you buy from Asurion. Have never had a problem with them in the past. Make sure you think it through before purchase. The item must be PHYSICALLY defective to the claim to be honored.

I liked that the took care of the product after it broke. I would have preferred that they offer to fix it. Or cash back to the card. Not the amazon account. Overall please with their help.

The customer service was amazing, explained that our elliptical machine was making a very loud noise, that we tried to fix it but could not. Within 15 minutes an amazon gift card was sent to us to purchase a replacement. The $39 for the insurance was worth the ease of replacing the faulty equipment.
