I bought a walking pad on Amazon last year & I had used it for roughly 6 months and in a moving process it stopped working. I started the claim process on Amazon with the Asurion protection I had bought when I purchased the walking pad originally. It was good for 2 years so I was under the length of the coverage. I filled out a couple of items on the claim and within minutes I had received my Amazon gift card to purchase another walking pad. The process was super quick and effective. I bought my replacement and ensured that I added the protection! It’s well worth the additional fees. You never know when you’ll need the protection. Buy it!

I purchased a 2-year protection plan for an under-the-desk treadmill . 3 months before the plan expired, do did the treadmill. I had to contact Asurion because I had no clue how to access it, and I had accidentally deleted the confirmation email. They very quickly provided all the information I needed to file a claim, which I did through Amazon via a link Asurion gave me. Literally 10 minutes later I had an email with directions for claiming an Amazon gift card refund for the entire purchase price (minus tax). I was actually hoping they would offer to fix the thing, because now I still have it but can’t use it, and I can’t use the money to purchase another one unless I get it from Amazon. But that’s neither here nor there. Overall, I’m thrilled with the response, and very happy I had bought the protection plan. 10 stars!!

My unit began to overheat, indicating motor failure despite continued functionality. Asurion facilitated a straightforward claims process, quickly identifying my product with minimal effort required. They resolved the issue efficiently and without complication. I will utilize Asurion for all future warranties on electronics, fitness equipment, and other high-value purchases. Absolute waste of money. I purchased this protection plan for my stand up paddle boards. One of the fins has broken off and I'm not able to re-attach it to the SUP. I called Asurion to get a replacement fin of refund and I was told that they would not cover it reach out to Amazon. I reached out to Amazon and they told me to reach out to the manufacturer. Thanks for the run around and waste of time and money.
