Exceptional service. I see many reviews where people say they purchased something and after a few months they contacted Amazon because the product failed and want a refund. This is not Amazon's fault, it is the buyers fault for not purchasing a policy on the item. ANY item I purchase online that has any value is insured. If a person buys any item that is expensive, they should have the Asurion Protection plan, no excuses. That is why I have the monthly Asurion Protection Plan. Well worth the money. Buy it and you can thank me later!

My unit began to overheat, indicating motor failure despite continued functionality. Asurion facilitated a straightforward claims process, quickly identifying my product with minimal effort required. They resolved the issue efficiently and without complication. I will utilize Asurion for all future warranties on electronics, fitness equipment, and other high-value purchases. I have already purchased another treadmill and secured Asurion protection for it.

I purchased a 2-year protection plan for an under-the-desk treadmill . 3 months before the plan expired, do did the treadmill. I had to contact Asurion because I had no clue how to access it, and I had accidentally deleted the confirmation email. They very quickly provided all the information I needed to file a claim, which I did through Amazon via a link Asurion gave me. Literally 10 minutes later I had an email with directions for claiming an Amazon gift card refund for the entire purchase price (minus tax). I was actually hoping they would offer to fix the thing, because now I still have it but can’t use it, and I can’t use the money to purchase another one unless I get it from Amazon. But that’s neither here nor there. Overall, I’m thrilled with the response, and very happy I had bought the protection plan. 10 stars!!

Filed a claim when my walking pad stopped working. I was expecting I'd have to jump through hoops to get it replaced/fixed. Within seconds of filling my claim, I received an email with an Amazon gift card loaded with the amount I paid for the walking pad. Wow! It was that easy! I will definitely be adding Asurion to my next big ticket purchase.

Likes: easy gift card reimbursement issued. Dislikes: inconsistent and confusing on how they go about their service. When submitting the claim, the system said an email with the return label would be emailed. Did not receive. Days later I went back into the system to check for the label, it showed a label available, but it would not allow me to open it to print. I called Asurian, and on their end it showed I had already shipped and they had received the product. Another label was to be emailed to me days later to actually shipped the product to them, but prior to that I began getting texts and emails from different people saying they are handling my order. Each requesting receipts and multiple product pictures. After back and forth and finally submitting all they kept asking for, they said the claim was cancelled on their end, and to call asurian again to see what they wanted to do. Finally got the product shipped out, and a gift card reimbursement issued. Dealing with them was a headache and a lot of wasted time.

I like that they refunded fast. I dislike that they only refunded the cost of the product and not the whole amount spent. 4.5 stars but they have a half star.

The return process was very simple. I received my refund for the treadmill that stopped working within 48 hours. I will always purchase the protection plan!
