I'm glad we added this protection on the Bike Cover we purchased, as it ripped and ties broke. It was nice to get a gift card for the amount of the original purchase however I didn't realize it wasn't for the full cost - it excluded taxes. Secondly, we bought a replacement on Amazon and it was nearly $20 more than the original. So, while we did get our money back on the original product it was short by the tax amount and didn't allow a replacement as the new one cost nearly 33% more.

Very quick and professional service. Helpful and knowledgeable (chat) claims representative. Filing and receiving okay on claim about 10 min. Would highly suggestspending the few extra dollars and adding a protection plan to your purchase. My claim was on a hula-hoop.

I bought a couple of air mattresses for camping and bought the two year extended protection plan as we camp a lot. I got the mattresses out this year to start the camping cycle and neither of them would hold air. I used my protection plan and even though both were within a month of being out of the extended protection, they made both of them good and refunded the money for them, as they were no longer available. I will use it on anything I buy like this from now on. I was able to buy more air mattresses with the refund and we are ready to start the camping year now.

Here -2-23 2026, I did pay for coverage on an item the same day I purchased "covered item'. ASURION is now backpedaling away from coverage and telling me to do other things rather than inquire to Them saurian, for plan insurance coverage help and purchased part replacement.
