I purchased the Asurion 2-year plan for the earbuds I bought. he One of the buds fell on the floor, then the rubber cover wouldn't fit, and there was no audio from that one. So I reviewed my orders and discovered the plan will expire in December. When I began to file a claim, my order number was not found. I then selected the Live Chat option and a very patient courteous rep assisted me. I will return the broken product (Asurion paid postage) and receive credit for the full amount. I am delighted I took the time and $ to buy and recommend the coverage.

It was an easy process. They sent a gift card to my email address. I think the only thing that would be better is if they sent the products or gave me a choice. My bike inflator stopped preforming like it had been the app works awesome when it works. Had to come back it was down or something but it worked next time I tried thank you the Amazon card was easy to redeem. Gives peace of mind when you buy stuff

I finally have a claim to file and I cannot contact Asurion. The site won't let me file my claim and the live chat keeps disconnecting me. I have wasted 20 minutes of my time so far. No contact other than chat. I can't believe how positive the reviews are. I think they are trying to get me to give up so they can take my money and not fulfill their policy. I wish their was away to screen shot the chat process so other could see this was not a quick and simple process. 30 minutes later now I finally got my claim approved.
