I would have preferred for someone to come and repair my treadmill but that was not an option. Replacing it was not an option either. Of course, replacing it would mean I would have to put together another treadmill and pay someone to haul the bad one away. Money back was the only option offered. Not sure if it would have been enough money to replace the old machine and haul away the bad machine. For now, I put the money in the bank for an eventual new machine. The treadmill works but the incline does not (bad incline motor or motherboard). Luckily it failed prior to the end of the warranty.

They have come to the rescue several times, covering items that broke. Wish there were a better way to figure out what product you bought the plan for. Currently the plan is just in the Amazon list of orders but doesn't say which item it covers.

I bought a protection plan for my grandson's e-bike. 2 weeks after purchase, the seat broke. No big deal, I submitted a claim with all of the receipt and pictures. 11 days later I have not had any response. There is no number to call to talk to someone. I tried their live chat but it just sits there and spins and will not give me a person to talk to. 11 days of no communication over a simple claim? This company is either totally incompetent or this is how they take your money.

ASURION support was great. I put in a claim to have my treadmill repaired and before I knew it ASURION had returned my full purchase price.

Both my boys ebikes were falling apart from the vibrations and a lot of plastic screwed to metal. My one son’s battery pack fell off while riding and came to a dead stop throwing him and the bike (luckily no cars were coming). My other son’s seat snapped off (plastic on metal and vibrations) while riding and had to ride home standing with the seat in his hand. I explained to Phil at Asurion that whatever parts they send me will NOT get my boys on those bikes again. They need a better construction. Phil understood my concerns and was honestly concerned for my kids well being and said he would see what he could do. I was told they can’t issue me my money back bc it is fixable, but they would send my concerns to the engineer department. I forgot all about the claim. Three months later and they are issuing my boys each a gift card for the purchase amount. Now that is true customer service. Thank you.
