I purchased the accidental plan for a Samsung Galaxy watch 3... within a few months of owning watch, it fell and shattered. Plan totally paid off. It was very easy to file a claim, I recieved a prepaid shipping label and I sent the watch to Asurion. Within a day of receiving it, they repaired/replaced the broken glass on the watch and had it back in the mail to be returned to me. The whole process took less than 2 weeks. Watch is back to working perfect again with no extra costs..all was covered under the originally purchased plan. Very happy with service.

10/10. Daughter’s Nintendo Switch broke after a year. Sent it in for repair and UPS lost it in transit. Asurion refunded the full value (in Amazon gift card).

I've had to use them twice unfortunately one was for a pair of Headlights that failed outside of the manufacturer's warranty and just recently forna broken screen on my Truck's radio. Got a quick turnaround on my claim. I definitely will be using them again in the future. Gives you a piece of mind.

I get all my money back, that's the best part of this. Theonly thing is it was for a car stereo, I had to pay to get it removed twice.

The whole warranty claim process was lightning fast and easy. First, making the claim was very quick, easy, and guided online. 2 business days after I sent my item for repair, I received a confirmation that they had it and I would hear back within 5 days. A few hours later, they notified me that my item could not be repaired, and they are sending me an Amazon gift card so I purchase a replacement. Because Amazon had same day shipping on the item, I had my replacement in hand by 5pm. I will definitely purchase another warranty from them.

Looking back I’m thankful I got the protection plan when I purchased my Switch. When it was having trouble reading games making a claim was quick and easy.
