Get an assurion care protection plan does pay off pretty good if your item you buy on Amazon does not perform as it should after a certain amount of time you are covered by assurion. I think it's a good deal the only thing I don't like is sometimes they want to repair whatever you have a problem with which is not guaranteed to be fixed so I don't really like that part of the plan and also if you have a warranty through the manufacturer that gives you an extra year coverage but it tends to be a hassle having to wait to see if they will be able to repair your item which I think is a waste of time in some way or other but that's a downside of things. All in all it's a good deal.

Payed for warranty and when massager quit working, filed a claim and was taken care of immediately. Took me a while to get the product sent to them but they were very quick to get me my refund. Am very pleased?

This product leaks excessively when I use the water floss. Brush mode is ok but it doesn't clean as well as advertised. Also Brush and floss combo doesn't work. Only Brush. Floss doesn't release water. I wouldn't recommend this product for the price i paid.
