Get an assurion care protection plan does pay off pretty good if your item you buy on Amazon does not perform as it should after a certain amount of time you are covered by assurion. I think it's a good deal the only thing I don't like is sometimes they want to repair whatever you have a problem with which is not guaranteed to be fixed so I don't really like that part of the plan and also if you have a warranty through the manufacturer that gives you an extra year coverage but it tends to be a hassle having to wait to see if they will be able to repair your item which I think is a waste of time in some way or other but that's a downside of things. All in all it's a good deal.

When our hearing aid never worked on the right ear one and we had waited over 30 days to try them and the return window had closed and the manufacturer would do nothing except to say to "charge it up to 12 hours at least", we figured out that we had bought the product protection from Asurion. After a chat or whatever and mailing it back to them, I believe, they sent the full refund of the purchase price as an Amazon gift card. We had had the product for about 7 months already by the time we learned it was bad, so this coverage was fortunate to get our $69.99 back.

I bought the ASURION 2 Year Personal Care Protection Plan for my $65 personal care device, hoping for peace of mind. Instead, I've faced nothing but frustration and heartache. When my device broke, I thought the protection plan would help. But ASURION kept asking for more documents, only to reject my claim with flimsy excuses. They don't honor their promises; they just deflect and delay until you give up. Their customer service is useless, with endless holds and no real help. It's clear they don't care about their customers. Save yourself the pain. Don't waste your money on ASURION. They are nothing but a scam.
