I had purchase the insurance for my OTC hearing aids, it was a different brand than I have used before. I contacted the company first, they gave me 3 things to try. The right aid stopped working totally. It worked for a bit but then totally died. They said to contact Asurion so I did. Customer service listened, asked questions and checked my policy. She said it was covered and emailed the return label. I sent it UPS the next afternoon and by 8 pm it was credited to my Amazon gift card. I placed the order for a new set and they will be here Tuesday! We live rural so next day is not available. Thank you very much.

Was easy enough to file claim. I received compensation fairly quickly. I found the follow up page a little hard to use. I tried to use the contact us feature and for whatever reason I was unable to use it, thats reason for 4 stars. Happily I was contacted and received compensation soon after. 4 stars is great, I am sure my next rating if i need service, will be 5 stars. I will defintely purchase insurance from you again if needed Thank you.
