LOL...I got this and wore them this past weekend for the first time. I was here in New Orleans, at a pinball tournament...in a place that had a Xmas in July type party. I dunno if it was specifically due to the festivities that day, or just that it is a weekend day in NOLA, but I got more comments from all the ladies there, playing with us, bar patrons and even the bar staff...how much they liked by screamin' red Chuck's?!!? If nothing else, they seem to be an attention getter. I like them, comfy, and fun...reminds me of being a kid again. I have a pair fo the obnoxious green hi-top ones too I have for walking the Irish Channel St. Pat's parade each year...and decided to get these low top ones for more day to day fun. I've had Converse All Stars most of my life. They never seem to change, or at least, not much. The reds have always been my favorite. They always seem to fit as expected. Just order 1/2 side smaller and they're perfect. Maybe they should just go ahead and change their sizing since the 1/2 side smaller than shown is consistent. Just remember, they on't go in the washer. Hand wash only or they rubber parts will start to separate. Other than that, they're pretty much indestructible. ... show more
