Dis not think I would need the protection, but bought it under the advice of my wife, and the product covered was some headph9nes for my daughter. So glad I listened to my wife! Well worth the protection plan. Electronics aren’t made as good as they used to be so I would definitely keep this protection plan for everything electronic that I buy. Very easy to work with and very fast and professional.

Only thing thats bad is me having to print out a return label. Other than that its AWESOME! No fuss no problem with anything I've ever had to use this warranty for... now if thy can get it like Amazon were you can just sacn a barcode from you phone would be a 5star without a doubt imo.

The Asurion protection plan is great to have for any of your products. If you ever have to file a claim the process is easy and handled within 24hours. They email me a gift card. It was easy to add to my Amazon account. I was able to reorder a new headset which sounds pretty good.
