Super easy process, I didn’t know what to expect. I submitted the photos and issue with the recliner i purchased. Next thing you know i had a check in the mail. The damage is on the leather material on both arm rest so not much could be done. The check wasn’t much But at least they acknowledge the damage. ... show more

The mattress is very uncomfortable. I will be contacting customer service for an exchange for a better mattress. I can feel the coils in the mattress and the hurt and I am unable to sleep. This is the worse mattress I’ve ever bought in my 72years.
