My vacuum had mechanical issues in 2025 Due to health and transportation issues and not sending in the necessary papers and product after contacting Asurion then and another time! Asurion emailed my gift certificate for the amount it said on the policy! Said it could take up to 7days I received it 2days later of course within hours I bought another policy for my new vacuum that I bought immediately ... show more

    • Asurion.com is a scam warranty company
Bought a fairly expensive stick vac with a 50 minute run time and got the 2 year Asurion "warranty". HAH! ASURION IS A SCAM COMPANY! The battery charged and ran OK for the first year, but has depleted to the point where it runs 5-10 minutes and needs to be recharged. Filed a claim online and was instantly denied. Apparently the non-replaceable, permanently installed battery is not covered because it's "a replaceable item". WTF? They (and Amazon) haven't heard the last of me yet. Don't waste your money with this crappy company - they're happy to take your money, but they'll definitely find a way to NOT cover the product. ... show more
