Easy to make a claim

it was suggested for my purchase of a bluetooth speaker. the listing said drops and spills where covered. after paying for it i was sent my copy. the only thing was a power surge... total waste and never should have stated that drops and spills are covered. dont need to just give my money away for nothing but a bait and switch. typical of insurance companies to make it look like something its not. i used them once a long time ago on a laptop. that was ok then but now they dont cover anything that justifies the extra cost. bottom line is dont trust the sale headline but read the actual policy coverage.
