We were pleased with ease of return to Asurion for potential repair of a smart tv soundbar. We received several texts with updates over a few days. Our soundbar could not be repaired even though less than 2 years old. Asurion promptly issued an Amazon Gift card to use on future purchases for the full amount of our original purchase.

****UPDATE**** My son broke his VR again (I know everyone that reads this is shocked). It was still under warranty with Asurion so I sent it back in. They repaired it and even replaced a worn down part that I didn't ask them to replace. They really go the extra mile. We received the repair 8 days after I sent it in. I have more than gotten my money's worth with this warranty. I will definitely use them in the future! Easiest process to get a repair. My son's VR controller stopped responding. I sent it in on a Tuesday and Asurion had it repaired and back to us by the following Wednesday. The process couldn't have been easier! I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises.

Worst piece of equipment I have ever bought in 40 years. Had to get it shipped out and fixed over three times and now it's just broken again. I really really feel like they knew it was a piece of crap and sold it to me anyway

I love the convenience of purchasing extended warranties along with my major electronics. Most manufacturers' warranties always seem to end just as the product fails, so it gives me a measure of comfort when I can buy protection beyond that. That said, I've yet to have to make a claim. Most of the extended warranties I have purchased we're with a different company, but I can only compare the ease of doing business, and not their claims processes. So far, I would have to say that Asurion's website is slightly less easy to navigate. You don't have a centralized page of all warranties you've purchased from them, as you have with their competitor. It would be nice if Asurion allowed you to create an account to track all of their purchased product.
