Got a MSI prebuilt in 2020 and decided to use the warranty. Computer had nothing but issues constantly from day 1, tried to trouble shoot it and deal with it but got sick of it so sent it in. Had to buy a new computer as I can't be without 1 for work so when I got it back I didn't test it right away. Finally tested it and it's sooooo much worse than it was, constant crashes constant blue screens literally unusable. The team that worked on it claimed they replaced the cpu mother board and case but the case had all the same dents as when I sent it and I don't think they swapped any parts. They saw that my warranty would end by the time I got it back so just didn't want to spend the money. Absolutely awful team that has 0 idea what they're doing with computers. If you would've even opened 2 tabs of chrome this thing would crash and they some how are gunna say they tested it and it's fixed then send it back??? Stay far far away from these scam artist. Absolutely disgusting buisness practice. Will be posting similar review on the BBB as well. Thanks for nothing asurion.

I was on the phone for quite some time. The end result was their 'suggestion' that the problem was my internet speed. Rubbish. Turn off new computer every thing works ... turn on new computer nothing works. I had two computers on line. I found the problem in the end It was some of the software that came with the computer, it was 'blocking' the internet at the modem. sorted that out, and then met the same problem later. Computer went back ... no longer had any trust that it would be working the next day.

2 Stars given in case no other support options are available. In this case, On-site Parts and Tech Support offered by the manufacturer (HP) at a much lower price. Asurion's offering is far inferior at a much higher price.

I've only recently purchased the plan for a new Omen computer system. The Asurion group contacted me immediately with details on how the plan works and would work in the event I needed help with repairs to the system I purchased. I'm typically not a big fan of electronic service contracts, but I have a very good feeling this group is well worth the cost to insure my very expensive product !
