One random morning my car refused to start (repeated clicking with flashing console screens). Wasn't sure it was a battery issue until I called my insurance for a jump start. Bought this after doing some research, for the price this is a great product for a peace of mind and time saving (those jump start folks still takes time to get to you). It appears to be relatively well built. I have since used the product 3 times and t has worked every single time so far and have saved me the headache of calling for a jump start. The carry case is just a drawstring bag, so nothing to write home about. It charges relatively quick and uses about 25% of the battery per use so far. I would recommend charging it back to full after every use or periodically topping it off to ensure it has enough juice. I only have 1 car so it's not a huge problem for me, but for folks with multiple cars, they may want to get a unit with a bigger battery capacity.

Several times in a matter of a few months my battery on my Toyota Tundra was dead leaving me stranded in the desert. When I was considering a car battery jumper that would work for my Toyota Tundra and my wife's Honda CRV, I wanted a jumper that would not fail. My friend had a different brand I had to use to jump my truck but after some research I decided to try this unit. I purchased my first one in Jan. 2025 and tried it out on my totally dead battery on my Tundra. It immediately started my truck so I drained the battery again and it jumped my truck the second time. I was sold. So I purchased my second one in Feb. 2025 for my wife's car. To ensure the battery pack's are fully charged, I confirm the charge every 90 days. I am very impressed. Peace of mind is priceless. I will tell you their customer service is excellent and very responsive. I would recommend this car starter to anyone.

It's a good little jump box. It's portable , has a flashlight and USB ports. I've only used it to jump my riding lawn mower. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because once the battery drops below 75%, it won't start the mower anymore until I charge it back up to 100%. I wish I could get some more power from it when the battery starts to drain. It works fine, I just have to keep it charged all the time, which might not be ideal if you're using this in a car or truck.

I have a car that I never drive (really--I put 1 mile on it in the last 13 months) so the battery doesn't get charged. I ordered this jumper device yesterday and received it 3 hours later. Only $44, but it doesn't feel cheap--it's very heavy, solid, held together with screws. It was 75% charged when I got it; I charged to 100%, clamped it to the battery, and the engine fired right up. It was still at 100% after starting the car, and the documentation says it should stay charged for 3 months (we'll see). After one use, I couldn't be happier. So much easier than jumping it from another car, which I've been doing for four years. Why did I wait?

Worked perfectly when I needed it. I bought this shortly after I had a battery die out. A year and a half later, my battery died again and this thing worked like a charm. Very simple to attach to the battery and it held its charge over 18 months. I was very impressed for the price.

I am so obsessed with this little thing! Car was in storage for 3 months and the battery was dead. I got this to try jumping it myself. INSTRUCTIONS: very simple. you attach red clamp, then black, wait for solid green light, press the “boost” button if the light is flashing, then try to start your car. *VERY IMPORTANT* I almost missed this in the instructions - after your car starts you must remove the device within 30 seconds or it can do damage. Also- although it arrived with full bars, I charged it before use as instructed and it continued to charge, stopping when it was actually full. So def recommended charging on arrival. HOW IT WORKED: It took several seconds for the green light to turn on, so be patient. If it doesn’t turn on, try redoing the clamps. Once the light was green I tried to start the car and it didn’t work twice. I almost gave up, but the dash lights came on the second time and the engine made a noise, so I pressed the boost button and tried again - and it started !! I think it only didn’t work at first due to my battery being dead for ages, because it worked immediately on subsequent uses. Yes, subsequent uses. I drove my car around for a couple of hours and everything seemed fine for the next day. Then after not driving it for a day it wouldn’t start again. I had forgotten to charge the device but it instantly worked and was at 50% charge after. I had a (correct) feeling it would keep happening every time I turned my car off but my mechanic was closed for the weekend and I had some errands to run- so I just brought the little guy with me. Since it’s a USB plug I charged it while I was at the gym and it was fully charged by the end of my workout! I then had to use it two more times before going home, at that point it had 75% charge. So you can get 2-3 jumps out of one charge for sure, maybe even 4! Now I thought my battery kept dying because this little guy + driving around wasn’t able to give it enough juice after being stored for ages, so I got a smart battery car charger and charged the car battery for the full 4 hours recommended. After that my car still wouldn’t turn on! Once again the little guy saves my butt - I was immediately able to jump it to take it to my mechanic, who confirmed my battery was absolutely shot from being in storage. Honestly I’m pretty impressed this little thing was able to jump a toasted battery so consistently when a full battery charge via a wall outlet didn’t even work. FINAL THOUGHTS: This thing absolutely rocks. Amazing value for the price. Some people complain about only being able to get a couple uses out of it before having to charge the device- but as mentioned I’m just amazed that this tiny, super light weight thing has so much power ! This thing is lighter than those portable batteries you use for your phone and just bigger than the length of my hand. So easy to toss in a bag and it charges so quickly. One thing I feel a little stupid about, for anyone else who is too used to charging their iPhone with a usb-C wall mount: the charger is USB A to USB C. At first I only saw the USB A port, so I plugged that bit into the device and the USB C end into my phone’s wall mount. I then saw the little USB C port in the side which labeled “in” and realized I had plugged it in backwards. So just make sure you don’t make that ditzy mistake or else I don’t think it would actually charge. The USB A ports are labeled “out” so I think it could double as a power bank for your phone or whatever which is cool!
