Well built, good price, no issues. Only con is I would like the 12v plug a little tighter. It fits fine, but wonder if down the road my cooler plug will wear down and the adapter connection will be loose. But I'm not sure if that will be an issue, maybe it not being so tight will keep my plug from wearing, or maybe my plug is on small side and it is tighter on other things. It's not loose or anything and works perfect now.

Item hooked to this item Amazon description said it draws up to 62 watts and needed a 6A 12V power supply, tried one final time to see if it would work in case the first one could have been defective, it must be at the edge of the reserve power needed to run my appliance. Probably not the fault of this device but sadly it did not allow my device to work properly....can't find a 7A power supply so stuck with 8A power supply that makes my device work properly....that should be 96 watts but one off grid DC to AC pure sine wave inverter showed consumption of almost double 120 watts......can't always trust the Amazon product claims....trial and error is proof of the pudding....

...with 3 amp load, voltage is only about 11.72 volts. Any "12-volt" (nominal) AC power supply that's intended to supply DC power to equipment designed for 12-volt DC automobile power *should* have at least 12.8 volts DC. This unit is more than a volt short of that, even with a 30w-35w load that's less than half its rated capacity. It is pretty efficient though, with DC output watts being about 97% - 98% of AC input watts 9/16/22 UPDATE: The low voltage output of this AC/DC converter caused my portable freezer to shut down (error code = "low voltage"), which ruined the contents. Now I'm wondering if this is why I see so many of these being listed as "Used - like new"? Unfortunately, now it's too for me to return this one. 9/17/22 UPDATE: Seller issued a full refund. THANKS!
