The media could not be loaded. As many folks are reluctant to buy furniture online, I was too; however, upon reading the many reviews and speaking with the seller I decided to give it a try. The furniture came through Fedex (fast) and the boxes were in good shape. Initially I came across several broken pieces but be assured that the seller 100% stands behind their products. He quickly shipped the replacements. We assembled the furniture in about 3 hours due to some initial learning curve but the assemble is very straight forward once you assemble one seat. I would like to mention that, as many as concerned about the seat thickness and comfort, the cushions are good 5-6 inches thick and very comfortable (5 stars). Also, the seats are pretty wide (26 inches) which provides ample of space to everyone. This was a major requirement for us since the hard and/or thin cushions would ruin the gazebo experience. This set has a unique hand rest (~8 inches wide) which is so much convenient to place the drinks and some small food items. Wide arm rests look grand and has an elegant feel. We are going to use the back side of the hand rests for wireless pads to charge iphone (5 stars). I think every patio furniture should have this option as standard since it’s so practical to have one. Overall, this is a very decent set of furniture with good cushions and fair pricing. This furniture came in several boxes over a few days time. It was easy to put together, the instructions were pretty clear and all the pieces were neatly packed, and all of the screws were labeled and numbered. I hate putting stuff together but for the price and the sectional being so big I figured it was worth it. Quality materials, sturdy and beautiful. I love the vibrant color and the water just beads up when it rain. I had someone cut a piece of board to put under the fire pit so that I could place glassware on top and also so the water doesn’t pool up when it rains. The fire pit is beautiful at night and put out some nice heat. The company was great in helping me find replacement cushions covers and they sent me the rest when I didn’t have enough for my ten piece furniture. The umbrella was a gift from someone. Oh, and the cushions don’t sink in when you sit down they are firm but not hard. I had this patio furniture for 10 months now and everyone always complements how beautiful it looks. I had someone put it together for me and it took him three hours by himself, he said that it wasn’t bad but he’s a handyman. Bought this furniture in March of 2022. Used it all summer, stored the cushions in the winter, but let the furniture out all winter without the cover. After the full second year, the furniture is still holding up well. The seat cushions are losing their firmness...made of foam. The back cushions are holding up well. The covers are easily removed for washing and water proofing. They have held up well. The fire pit is used and provides excellent ambiance. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this in March… waited until I had lived with it a few months to give this review. It was fairly easy to put together. I like that it can be configured for different entertaining needs. The fire pit is beautiful on cold evenings and actually puts off a good amount of heat for my space. The fabric is very nice and I love the Navy color. The swivel glider rockers are my absolute favorite part of the set. Great for coffee in the mornings. The pieces arrived earlier than expected. I have had several parties and everyone has been impressed that the set came from Amazon! I was nervous to order something like this sight unseen… but, You won’t be disappointed.
