I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was "Oh well, I'll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I'll go around.". That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it's a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can't get much better than that. A few months later.....It has worked so well for me at elevating my mood that now my mother (who was on Zoloft) is using it too. She is doing much better using this than the Zoloft.

I really like this ashwagandha supplement. It is organic and also includes the black pepper extract. I have recently started to take ashwagandha to try to help with symptoms from hypothyroid. So far I’ve been having some pretty good results. It’s also been helping with general sleep quality. Now, to be fair, my sleep quality also suffers because I have narcolepsy, but the issues with sleep that were coming from the thyroid problems seem to have improved some since starting the ashwagandha. I have taken black pepper extract on its own before and didn’t really like it. However, I like it in this supplement. I don’t know if maybe it’s how this company sources it or perhaps the way they combine it with the ashwagandha, but this really works. Overall, this is a great supplement, and it really works to help me feel more balanced, relaxed, less overall stress, and to help keep my energy levels more stabilized, which is what those of us with thyroid issues are seeking since I know many of us with hypothyroid tend to feel very fatigued and low. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a boost in treating their hypothyroid symptoms. Of course, check with your doctor first to make sure that adding this would be a good idea for your treatment plan, but I personally love it!

The media could not be loaded. No bad aroma, sharpens my focus, easy to swallow, promotes calm😌, effects felt within 20-30 min. Ashwaganda is also phenomenal for helping ease hot flashes & regulate sleep for menopause. I’m going thru it & always have some in my purse.

Man, am I glad I started buying this. It is my new go to for well being. I used to use a different supplement but this works so much better for me. I have free floating anxiety and had a ton of work stress that was causing hair loss. I have free floating anxiety since I was very young. I am not able to take any kind of prescription medication to assist with these problems. I used to work at an Integrative Medical facility and someone recommended HDP Adapt. I absolutely love it but it was expensive so I checked the ingredients and this was one of the main ones. Taking it by itself works just as well and so much cheaper. It is mild and relaxes me. It takes the edge off the anxiety and helps me to better manage things. There is no crash and no feeling that pharmaceutical substances give which is great for me. This doesn't cure my issues but when I use it in conjunction with exercise, meditation and journaling, it definitely helps. If you are expecting to feel a huge change by taking this product, again I must say that it is not a cure all, but it definitely helps. I notice a definite difference, especially after the first two weeks of starting it. Make sure to consult a doctor if you are taking any other medication, just to make sure this won't interfere with it. WebMD says you shouldn't use if pregnant. Stop using 2 weeks before surgery. Check if you have thyroid condition and for medications that decrease the immune system. Etc.

I suffer w/ PTSD, Rheumatoid Arthritis & Osteo Arthritis as well as Adult ADD/ADHD. To say the least I have a "Few" difficulties, I was going thru a VERY TOUGH 4 weeks this past December, Mom had shingles in her left eye , I also am my 81 Year Young Mother's Caregiver (she is sharp as a tack most of the time.(she has never been sick since 1969) I was raised to use Natural Healing methods, eat very healthy and stay fit (I used to cut 5 cords & split of firewood for supplemental heating)- in short I was in a very "unstable place" in my physical, emotional, mental & Spiritual life , I went to my Dr. who is a top notch M.D. & was prescribed anti- anxiety meds that wouldn't affect my Recovery. I still was a MESS- I did some research and found out about the "Healing & Health Properties" of Ashwagandha Root I asked my Dr. if it would conflict w/ any of my meds or cause my RA to get worse- after his approval I selected "Physicians Brand" of this Very Helpful supplement (I know it's not an herb as such) But it has worked for my many dysfunctions as well as increase my energy level, helped my emotional outlook Drastically !! I hope anyone who can get their Dr.'s approval will give this brand of Organic Ashwagandha a fair shot. It is absorbed much more efficiently w/ the Black Pepper - but that can have some "Uncomfortable" side effects- if you can work thru these - I HOPE YOU Receive the wonderful Benefits this simple "Root" has to offer-Thanks Amazon for the ability to buy this VERY Helpful "Root" from the extreme Backwoods of N.E.
