I was under an extreme amount of stress. Had been taking Busiprone prescribed by my doctor for anti-anxiety and stress relief. I am also over weight and had found out about ashwagandha from watching a YouTube video on how to lower cortisol levels naturally. I looked on Amazon and decided to order and try your product. Within just a few days I could tell a difference. It was truely incredible. I had some pretty bad road rage before. I would get mad and start yelling in the car if someone pulled out in front of me and was going slower than I was. Within a week of taking your product I was driving home and someone pulled out in front of me going 25 in a 35 zone. Cars were zooming past me in the fast lane and the line of cars behind me were getting over to go around us as well. Before I would have hit the roof at that point. Yelling, flipping the person off and such. This time my first thought was "Oh well, I'll just wait for everyone else to go around and then I'll go around.". That was the realization point for me. When I knew that your ashwagandha was working for me. Not just working, but out performing the Busiprone that was precribed by my doctor. The Busiprone is only for like anti-anxiety, depression, stress relief and it's a chemical thing. Your ashwagandha is anit-anxiety, stress relief, mood elevator, adrenal support, immune support and natural. Can't get much better than that. So i started taking this, started to feel incredibly strange after a few days. Started getting fatigued, nasueas, shaky, and dizzy. I started to fiddle with the dosing and felt better when i took less, i found several articles further explaining does. It effects your blood sugar and insulin levels interestingly enough i quickly connected the dots. That what i was experiencing was hypoglycemia set on by dosing this too high! I looked up the average dosing for this and its only 300-500 mgs in a sitting. TWO THOUSAND VS 500. I cant find a single source citing a 2000 mg dose and its benefits This company should be ashamed of its self because its not properly instructing and or warning its consumers!!! I have struggled with an anxiety and depression disorder since I was a small child. I have been on and off of anti-depressants my whole life. Wanting a more natural approach and after many weeks of research, I settled on Ashwagandha. Wanting to then find the best product available, I turned to Amazon to read hundreds upon hundreds of reviews, which then led me to Physicians Choice. I MADE THE RIGHT DECISION. My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and depression (along with PCOS). After much research we selected the organic ashwagandha root powder. I love this stuff! It has been life changing for me! My anxiety, stress and depression was going through the roof. My cortisol levels were astronomical. I have tried to lose weight for so long and never could. As soon as I started taking this along with intermittent fasting the weight is just coming off a few lb a week on their own, I realized that my weight was due to cortisol fat. I tired this product looking for an OTC answer to help calm my stress and anxiety, since life has been going pretty crazy for the past several months. I take the recommended dosage (3 pills) at night just before bed. Within a week I noticed a significant difference. When I went to reorder it was out of stock, so I ended up trying a different brand of ashwagandha, expecting a similar result. I gave it about 3 weeks, but even after matching the dosage, I knew it wasn't working. I realize this probably sounds like a paid review, but it is not. I do want to know if there are other brands that work, just in case this one is no longer carried at some point. And I wish this was on the Subscribe and Save program. ... show more

Unheard of, till recently while watching a tv show. That’s the only reason it took so long, I had never heard of it! Tried it, loved it! Before this came along, I had severe fatigue, brain fog was as bad as a brick wall, and no gumption what-do-ever. Now o have hope 😋. Little by little I’m feeling the old me come back around.
