I’ve only been taking these for about a week; I do think they help with my sleep. I ordered this product because it came highly recommended by two of my co-workers. One said it helps with their sleep and the other said it helps with their patience.

Ok. What's going to follow will be plain talk and possibly considered crude. If you're easily offended, please stop reading right about now... I bought these to try and alleviate a little bit of stress and anxiety. As far as I can tell, they don't do a damn thing for either stress OR anxiety. That's a bummer but we are not done here. I was given to understand that there was the possibility of some positive male sexual side effects to these gummies as well but I didn't read into that much because I was here for the anxiety/stress benefits. (We are about to get really personal)... So I'm eating 2 of these gummies a couple hours before bed and I'm not really feeling much of anything and I'm starting to think these things might just be another overhyped internet buzz scam product but then I started waking up with the morning wood at full salute. I'm pushing 50 years old and about 5 years ago the morning wood was replaced the morning semi but now out of the blue, it's back. I found this to be a most interesting development. Also, around that 5 year ago mark, I went to the Doc and had the uncomfortable talk and got some ED medication. Like I said, I'm almost 50 but I wasn't dealing with a total floppy, if you know what I mean. I could get aroused and get the job done without the drugs but I was a shadow of my former self. I bet I was missing an inch in length and probably an inch in girth as well. In order to get to that place where you can chip teeth with your dong, I needed the pills. THAT IS NOT THE CASE ANYMORE! These gummies have me off the sildenafil. All the way off of it. I can get a chubby that will cut glass if the wind blows just right. It's like a baby's arm clutching a plum. Good Flavor, my husband uses them. He will take 2 before bed to help shut his brain down after a long day at work. They seem to work , he is sleeping better
