This edge control has great hold however I had to take off a star because it irritates my scalp and lifts the skin at how much hold it has. You should wash it out after use because it can very well break the hair off.

Hands down the best edge control I have ever used. Me and my daughter have very thick, coarse 4c hair and this does a very good job at keeping it laid down. My hair is extremely soft. This did not as well as I needed it too. The product smells nice but I had to wash my hair because of the greasy build up and the product in my hair white.
