The customer support is very poor, They don't offer a phone number to help with the installation. I sent email to them to get help with the programing and was told to watch the video they provide, but the video did not cover the issue i had. So no help from the manufacture i sent it back and bought a Brinks they have all kinds of help and sure enough i had the same issue, however after resetting the lock for about a hour work we got it and it works well.
