Very easy to assemble. I did it on my own and it took maybe a half hour. The chair is comfy and well cushioned. I've had issues with chairs in the past causing pain in my tailbone and I haven't experienced any discomfort with this chair. I love the velvety fabric. Adorable, easy to assemble, the wheels work well and it's perfect for sitting cross-legged. My only issue with it is after about six months of almost constant use (WFH and computer hobbies) the cushion has gone completely flat. I am always moving around and sitting in different positions so get annoyed with normal office chairs. Especially ones with arms. This one is wide, without arms, so you can change positions as much as your heart desires! I like the teddy bear look too! The height is adjustable, and the chair itself is comfortable. I didn’t see the instructions at first so just started putting things together and it was fairly intuitive. I did find the instructions before I finished which helped in determining in which screws needed to be used in different places. Put it together by myself, and struggled a bit in putting the back end on. I ended up putting the seat on my table and holding the back end up against it at an angle that would not be easy to maintain for a lot of people I think. This chair is even better than I imagined! It's cute, it has cushion, and I'm able to sit cross-legged if I want. Personally, I do use a separate back rest for support but that's only because I suffer from unrelated hip/back pain and not because of the chair.
