Can't help feeling like I need to set this grip up in a semi truck, with a cable weight stack and travel the USA, competing in arm wrestling tournaments like Stallone in Over The Top. The size of the handle is huge! But in a good way. Bigger than the Fat Boy grips I have. And I always do appreciate that extra size in workout grips. This handle works beyond fantastic for simple wrist exercises like curls and presses. I've got mine hooked up to a home cable machine attached to my Pull up bar. Beyond perfect for that forearm work. It's got a nice grip on the handle and a strap to keep you hand attached on this huge hunk. Arms have been sore for a few days after just playing around with some light weight. The nice thing is, you can do a lot with a little because of the grip width. I really dig this for my new foreman regimen. Add in those arm wrestling workouts too for an extra bonus.
