This Bushnell Elite tactical DMR3 replaced my previous Vortex Viper PST-210S1-A optic on an 8 year old 18" SPR rifle I've been using for longer distances. With the additional new magnification power and the amazing glass clarity over my previous Vortex, I didn't think I'd really notice that much of a difference, but was pleasantly surprised. My previous 2.5-10 x 44 scope, at nearly half the price pales, after mounting and zeroing the Bushnell out at my "local" range, which has steel targets perched out to 800 yards. Sighting in was done quick up close at 100yds and final zeroing out at max distance for the range was quickly acquired on a clear SoCal mountain day with little wind. The G4P reticle took a little getting used to over my previous EBR reticle, but adjustments are pretty standard once you figure out Bushnell's Revlimiter Zero stop mechanism under the turret cap. The zero stop works great as repeated use and zeroing never experienced any slippage after a few hundred rounds. The included tool is non marring and works great, so putting it in a safe place is recommended! Downloading the manual as a reference onto your smart phone is recommended before heading out to the range if these additional features are not familiar territory, since you may not get reception out where you're at. I didn't have reception, but did have it saved as a handy reference for the zero stop setup. There are no other accessories, and no paper manual included with this optic, just a quick start/ reference guide for the optic's features. Greater sharpness and clarity than my previous lower cost Vortex (although still very good). The Bushnell Elite Tactical scope has made a notable difference in how much I can enjoy longer distance target practice on my SPR AR build. This optic is made in Japan with the quality glass they're known for along with quality construction. I didn't see where the mounting ring size was in the listing, but they are 34mm tubes. Excellent long range optic to consider for any DMR/ SPR build!

I’m going to be honest and tell you that I have not mounted this scope on a platform yet, so I have no trigger time under the glass. With that said, I’ve been around fire arms for the past 20yrs, so I can also honestly say that this is a very nice scope. I’ve been wanting to build a long range gun, and this Bushnell scope just gave me the reason. I live on 20 acres and have a long line of sight from my house. So until I get my pew built I’ve been using this scope as a spotting scope, and wow is the glass clear. I’ve been using the zoom focus and the parallax adjuster a lot and they are all fast and easy to operate. The turrets on this thing are massive and have a nice Audible click with a tactile feel. There is also a removable sun shade that I keep on, because must of my training is during the day the the sun shade makes a world of difference. I have know doubt that I’ll be able to go 600yd+ when I’m done building the rifle.

The media could not be loaded. The Bushnell Professional long range elite tactical 3.5-21x50mm DMR3 riflescope is really good... While no product is perfect this is without a doubt a very good of it's kind to say the very least. I can't but be impressed with the look, feels and obviousness of this very professionally manufactured item. There are no included rings to mount this to your rifle so you will have to buy them separately. It has an adjustable range of 25 yards to 1,000 yards as well as adjustable focusing. The included brown Bushnell (mostly plastic) tool is easy to use and is very useful in making certain type of adjustments easier with the tool than without. It comes with a tube to help in eliminating unwanted light from getting into the optic which makes for an overall better experience which in turn helps make better marksmanship less work than if you didn't have or didn't use this accessory. In short if you want to shoot or improve you long distance for target practice and/or hunting this is one of the options you'll want to seriously consider. Good day & God bless... Randall M.
