Before purchasing these handles I did a lot of newbie research. I found that comparable handle sets were more expensive. On top of that, The Seller of these handles is awesome and answered my questions. I started watching videos from Coach Ray, Devon Larrat and Ermes Gasparini, on training. Purchased these handles, with other items and I started a light training routine. I originally purchased the WristMax but did not like how the straps smashed my finger tips when using heavy weight. The Extra Large version may not have that issue but they do not offer that size in Amazon. This set allowed for a better wrist/finger handle in my opinion, the Essentric, without having to purchase the bar separately. These handles are great, premium 3D type print, plastic hard material. I have noticed no issues at all, they spin as they should and have a nice grip. The bar included is sturdy as well, everything should last me a very, very long time. Not sure if I will ever have to replace? If you are new to Arm Wrestling training like me, remember a lot of the exercises you will be doing, will cause pain/tenderness, in the elbow/wrist/fingers/forearm/shoulder. This is due to working on new positions/stretching that is not normal to you. The pros say this will go away after 1-2 years or so. Your body will get used to all of the new movements,tendons stretching,etc. I have noticed much more strength already and gained a new muscle underneath my wrists, very quickly. Not sure what it is called but it now is protruding. My favorite handle has been the Essentric Handle, my wrist/fingers are getting much stronger. I am still learning everything and it is an enjoyable process. I purchased 2 sets so I can even use them, standing at the same time. Love using the large 2x Cylindrical Handles or 2x Essentric Handles for the PUMP! Put 1x on EACH cable and go to town! I obviously also do training with 1x Handle with my elbow down. If you purchase these, watch some tutorial videos while you wait for them to arrive. There are tons of channels, ' Voice of Armwrestling ' Coach Ray, has some video on handles. You may already know that though. Enjoy! If this set is out of stock, The Seller also has a 3-piece set available, without the 1" cylindrical handle ( the smallest handle ) .
