I actually have used all 10 during rainstorms this year. We live in Colorado and have had rainstorms for a month or more. The plants were drowning. If you need a certain number, buy extra. It seems you get at least one bad one per 10. Not sure it wouldn't be better to buy more expensive umbrellas so that you get all that you paid for. They are very hard to close.

The umbrellas seem sturdy, but I’m still trying to figure out how to open them. The mechanism hasn’t worked as expected yet. Hoping it improves with use.
