Works well, very study. I have loaded it up full and it's held well over long distances. Works great to fold the sides down and be able to open the back of my SUV. It is a tight fit to fold up against the spare tire mounted on the back though, another inch or so and it would be much easier.

When we offloaded the cargo rack, it folder up nicely. Worth the money spent on this cargo rack and would recommend this product for any truck or SUV. I bought the most expensive package one that comes with everything u need in it except the hitch locking ping . That one u need to buy on your own . Trust me u will need the secure U bolt to keep it from bouncing around ! The cargo rack was solid metal ! Very perfect. Only downside that I have was one of the locking ping that locks the side bezel were missing and one of it were bend . ( it comes with 3 total . But this issue is only happened to me I’m not saying u will get the same problem that I have . I just pointed it out) The storage bag was ok ! I wish it was more solid or stiff ( kind easy to make a hoe on it so be careful when I loading stuff inside the bag ) Over all it’s good product. I liked it ! ... show more

Weight rating from manufacturer is 500 pounds, I had a generator and a grill loaded, went down the highway less than 50 miles and the hitch collapsed bending almost to the ground. Then the seller wants us to pay the shipping back to them for refund, Item cost $200 and the shipping is $200. What a rip off! Do not buy, do not waste your time or money with this product!! ... show more

I bought this to free up space inside my SUV for long road trips with 3 kids. Perfect for ice chests, chairs, tents, etc. A bit on the heavy side but sturdy and has tall railings that hold a lot and fold up along with the entire unit. I've taken 3 trips with it so far and it's been great. I would recommend an anti-rattle stabilizer like the CZC AUTO Hitch Tightener and a lock to keep it in place.
