Exactly what I wanted. Perfect size for my explorer. The PRO bag is very heavy duty and exact dimensions as the cargo carrier. If the bag didn't work or was cheap quality I planned on using our old junky deck box to put luggage in and strap the lid down as it doesn't lock. If I slide the box over theres extra room on the side for a small cooler or other camping stuff. I highly recommend this. I didn't want one that folds. I did buy a hitch stabilizer and recommend one with purchase as it does have some play in the hitch receiver even with a locking hitch pin.

It came with no nuts and bolts to put together!! They would only offer a $30 credit, which never came. Luckily, the manual had the size of the hardware needed, and I spent $27 at Lowe's for them. Once I had that, it was easy to put together, and sturdy for my 100 pound generator on the carrier on the back of my 5th wheel RV. Get the hitch tightener ... you really need it to be safe.

Really heavy duty and very easy to assemble . Cannot accurately evaluate the "weatherproof"ness of the unit until it's on the road for a few trips. Coating appears to be average, and will probably require some touch up painting down the road. If you are planning to get a waterproof bag to protect you items, you may find a unit with square corners on the deck of the carrier better, IF you intend to build an internal frame for the bag out of PVC. I got a 59X24X24 bag, and had about an inch and a half difference in both the width and depth measurements between the base and top frame. Clearly, a secondary consideration

All parts were included. This carrier was light but very sturdy. We got 2 ice chests and 3 suitcases tied down on It and had no issues at all. Best purchase ever.

This is a very sturdy cargo carrier. It was easy to assemble and handled well when driving. It did not move around. It does not come with a pin so you have to get a pin to hold it on. We purchased the weatherproof bag from Lowe’s which was an excellent purchase too and had lots of room and straps to hold it onto the carrier.
