Great color, not enough in bottle for long hair. I should have bought two. But the color is great, does not slide during use as the previous product we tried. Even though I had to stretch the color because we we running out, it gave a 75% solid look. Turned out great! No fade after first wash. I would say DEFINITELY use excessive Vaseline on and behind ears and hairline to avoid skin stain. It made it really easy to wipe off. Beware the scalp!     • Wish the color had been a bit more pigmented.
It was easy to use as all Arctic Fox colors are but I wish it had been more pigmented. And it didn’t last as long as other colors on un-bleached, light colored hair.

Waited for the review until I had some washings in. After 5 washings (4 days between hair washings), I'm down to just a hint of color. It's unfortunate because the color is beautiful and really pops. The formula smells wonderful like a bowl of berries. Beware: very messy and stains everything!! Due to an arm injury, had a family member apply. It didn't run but drops still found their way to the floor. Note that hand sanitizer lifts the stains out of carpet! You definitely need gloves or it's gonna stain your hands and nails. Recommend wearing an old towel, tee, and use a salon cape. Took a bit of time to paint on but I wasn't the one applying. Clean up was messy. I ended up using the sink in the garage to avoid staining the shower. Will not come off cast iron tub or sink. Stains remain on there but not very noticeable since the bulk of the rinsing happened in the garage. Also be sure to wear old clothes if you're hair is wet. It will stain. The same for your pillow. I have mine covered in an old sweatshirt. My hair is below my shoulders, semi-thick and wavy, and was able to use 1 bottle. The color is a dark red, almost a burgundy. I didn't bleach my hair. I hadn't dyed my hair due to trying to find a "healthier" option to box dye. Would love this beyond words if only the color lasted a little longer. After the 5 washings, it's pretty much faded. Still very beautiful while it lasts. Would recommend just because of the smell and the fact that it doesn't contain the harsh chemical formula of boxes dyes. ... show more

    • Didn't stain my hair.
The product lasted about 3 weeks before it completely faded and it didn't stain my hair. I have brown hair so it was a darker color but still looked great. It only had a scent when I dyed it but overall great product.
