These lamps are easy to assemble and look beautiful! They are very tall so provide good overhead reading light. Their thin stands made it easy to put them behind chairs or sofas as needed with no excess room required. My one disappointment was the on/off switch being a floor function on the electric cord. There are many locations in a house that don't allow for easy access to a floor switch. One of the lamps I have to plug into an area behind a couch requires me to wire the electrical cord up the pole stand so the lamp can be turned on by hand. Not good function. I am living with the inconvenience because I really like these lamps, but be aware of this challenge if you buy these ... show more

This is a great lamp. I needed a good reading lamp for a dark corner. This lamp was what I was looking for. It is very functional, cord reaches outlet with extra to spare and linking to Alexa dimmable light bulbs makes more effective. It looks great in room, giving the room a warm and cozy feeling.

This lamp was super easy to put together and EXACTLY what our living room needed! The instructions were well written but in my experience, these kinds of lamps are pretty self explanatory on how to put them together. Took me about 20 minutes in total from unboxing it to finished product! It’s sturdy, doesn’t produce heat due to LED bulbs I put in. I used a smart bulb. The shade is great and easy to put together as well. It gives our living room the soft light it needed in the corner that can be dark at night! No flickering, it functions well for us. Looks cool but VERY poor construction. This is your typical screw a bunch of tubes together to make 1 long tube design. Issue I had is one of the tubes were stripped out. I tapped it for now as it's more of a pain for me to unbuild and repackage and send back. Just be aware its cheap
