Everything was packaged well, and the accessories contained are decent. This came with everything I needed to add to the separate air pump that I purchased. The noise level is not an issue, but the pump does get a little hot. Like another review suggested, I have my hanging to keep it from moving due to the vibration.

I am using this to prevent air from getting into the ato system in my aquarium sump, if air gets into the water pump it stops the pump from topping up the water to the correct level. These are a great addition to my hydroponic setup. I have this placed in a vase my living room, and the noise is minimal. You can hear a light rumble if the TV and air is turned off, but I find it a bit soothing.
