Great product. I recommend this item for the quality and function. I didn't experience any connectivity issues. It's also fairly customizable. I purchased this solution to monitor the garage during the long and extreme cold weather that weve having in Northeast Pennsylvania. (days of windchills below -20°, after weeks of sub-freezing temps). So far, this product has worked flawlessly.. So far, the sensors are very accurate. I purchased this product so I can monitor the garage temperature so I didn't have to keep walking out to check the digital thermometer. I set the parameters to monitor it for the first couple of hours after set up so I could confirm accuracy and functionality. When the low temperature parameter was reached, I received notifications from the app and to my email. The notifications and email were prompt and accurate. Customizable settings are available on the hub and the app. Why do the app has more functionality and I found it easier to use. I find this solution very easy to set up and use and very relible. I have just purchaser 2 more sensors to add to other locations. One will go into the attic. I researched as many products as I could find online and I'm happy to have choosen this one. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to my family, friends or neighbors.

Pro: -Easy to set up and connect -Temperature accuracy seems to be good -Work's fine even through a metallic refrigerator/freezer combination - nice functions that other don't do ( changeable batteries, no cable installation from hub to sensor to break the seals, notification per Mail and app even if not at home, detects connection lost between hub and cloud which could be power loss of the whole house, no extra cost for the cloud, etc ...) Contra: -Power adapter can't be used in Germany because wrong plug type and no adapter comes within -missing a possibility to integrate it to home assistant Update: With help of MOCREO support was i able to integrate them into Home Assistant wtih MQTT. Just need to install new firmware on the HUB and activate MQTT.

Love the ability to have more than just 2 temperature sensors tied to a basestation. You will need to load an app on your phone, turn on bluetooth and location, in order to configure all the sensors and basestation together. But once the process is done, which is very simple, they work as expected. Batteries are included in the sensors and are replaceable. I bought 2 extra LS1 sensors to go with the basestation so I can have 4 total sensors working. Previous setup that I had was 2 units to 1 basestation. Thus I had to have 2 setups. They sensors would constantly float between the basestations due to conflicting signals despite being told they had unique signal codes. The unit works off of your home wifi as well. I love the clear and easily readable screen and ability to track data. I've only had it for a couple of days now but am loving it completely. Contacted customer service about a PDF version of manual and they responded within a day. Edit: after a few months of ownership without issue, one of the sensors disconnected from the main hub. Batteries died. Replaced batteries with Lithium. I had some issues that I created when trying to reconnect the device to Hub. I ended up deleting the device from the APP and tried to re-add the sensor. I had forgotten the steps necessary and the instructions are not that clear in the "Add Device" on the App. So I contacted customer support. After that I had figured my issue out and told them in a reply email after they responded in just a few days. Mocreo actually are now going to change their "Add Device" page on the App to make things easier now. How awesome and responsive is that? Kudos to Mocreo for listening to customers and trying to make customer experience better.

Just got it hooked up and running. It was very easy to connect to my home internet. The hardware design is very esthetically pleasing. The user interface is easy to use and navigate. I am using this product to manage the temperature on a chest freezer that I used to store meat inside of. I like that I was able to set alerts for minimum and maximum temperature, if the temperature ever drops below or exceeds that range the unit itself will start beeping, I receive a notification on my phone and an email is sent to me. Its also nice that the temperature probe is wireless so you dont have to worry about running a wire through your gasket seal if your using this in a freezer, which means a perfect seal everytime. I will update this review in a few months to 5 stars if everything continues to work properly. Thanks Mocreo, this is exactly what I was looking for.

I love the MOCREO system! Setup was super easy, and the app is very user-friendly. I can connect multiple sensors, see all my readings on the H5 Pro box, and get instant alerts if temperatures go out of range. It works well for both upright and chest freezers, and the alerts and notifications are a lifesaver—you can act quickly if something goes wrong. You can also download or preview a sheet of temperature readings over certain hours, which is great for tracking trends. The ability to input your location helps the system give more accurate readings based on your environment. The sensors are reliable, update frequently, and can even be calibrated for precision. Ridiculously amazing! To be honest, i recommended to review this product after a week or so, the sensors are on steroids due changes in temp up and down, several alarms until you find the sweet spot. Once you calibrated the unit is all good, lots of data to receive and review. This wifi unit is amazing, accurate, app friendly, control panel easy to reach, nice appeal, discrete, web alerts are 100% functional. Totally recommended.

Just got this device to monitor the temperature in my freezer in the garage. I got the H5Pro Hub to be able to monitor the LS1 sensor which I Velcroed inside the freezer. The hub is located in my family room, about 60 feet from the freezer in the garage. No problems with communication at this distance. The system was very easy to set up. The only issue I encountered was that the hub needed to upgrade the firmware, and I wasn't patient enough the first time and I think I messed it up by trying to start the upgrade again while it was working on upgrading. When I let it complete on its own, it went very smoothly. The freezer temp is now being monitored. I tested the audible alarm and the notification on the app on my phone and both work well. And I have a second sensor to monitor another temperature if I desire. I am happy with the product and the ease of setup and use. I'll plan to update this review after I have had this running for some time.
