I had bought this pool at the end of the year and just got to putting it up this year. While we started to fill it I noticed there was a hole in the liner. I messaged the company and they literally replied to me about my issue in a matter of a minute to tell me they were sending me a replacement liner. It came the very next day. Very quick and eager to fix any issues that you might have. This pool is fantastic. It is durable and a lot bigger than I had expected. When I first ordered it, it arrived fast. The directions though are not very clear for the pool build or the ladder build. All except for the terrible directions I would give this company and the pool a 10 star review out of 5.

Update: I got in touch with the company. They replaced the ladder. The ladder they sent me was much better upgrade. The pump was also leaking (housing was manufactured improperly). They are also replacing the pump. I can't complain about the customer service. They have been great to work with. I've updated my review for 4 stars. Honestly this is sturdy nice looking pool (after it's installed). The concept of the installation is easy. It's the equipment they give you to do it with, made this a nightmare!! After we (6 adults) finally got it up and the liner installed then it came together. But it took a lot of praying, cussing and finally accepting that this will work. If you're wanting the package with the ladder - Don't. The ladder broke while one of our daughter's was in it (it was installed properly). She's ok and well below the weight limit. We're just lucky someone was there to catch her. I will be calling them about that today. That ladder is a HUGE safety hazard. Do not get that ladder. Trust me on that one.

Pool liner tore while filling!! We messaged the company and they were more than will to replace their product at no additional cost. Tried to all messages and concerns in a timely manner and definitely wanted to keep a customer happy. Aside from the li er ripping, the pool is great. 2 of us put it up and together and found it simple.

Nearly impossible to put up. Even though ground was prepped properly, one foot immediately sank and entire wall bowed out. The metal is flimsy. Just buy from a real pool store first instead of making the mistake of buying this first, literally just a death trap waiting to happen. Never regretted a purchase more.

In all fairness, I paid someone to install it. So no input on how easy or hard it was to put up. I also upgraded the liner and pump at the start. I had read some reviews that the liner was thin so I just wanted to be safe and start with a good quality liner. And for the pump, the one thing I’ve learned with aquariums is that to keep good water quality - over filter! The ladder was an afterthought because the ladder was scary and I’m too old to be teetering around on that thing. In retrospect I should have bought just the pool without all the extras since I ended up buying upgrades anyway. But being a new pool owner I was not 100% sure what I needed. I also ended up buying coping strips to secure the liner because I couldn’t figure out if they came with them or not. A couple reviews indicated they did not. (It did come with them BTW). I am super happy with the pool though. And customer support from the seller was awesome. The return was leaking and they were helpful in resolving that issue. Once I replaced it, I realized the contractor had not used Teflon tape on the outermost piece! So it wasn’t a defective part at all.

The pool is well made and sturdy. I have to bump my pump motor to get it to start sometimes, it is over a month old, only ran it off and on for approximately 2 weeks,not covered by suppliers warranty. The ladder is useless, VERY unstable and too narrow. I threw it in the scrap pile...You will have to purchase new pool ladder/steps.

I'll start off with pool itself. You get what you pay for. (Price a pool from a major pool retailer). The pool itself is ok, although materials are lightweight. Pump and filter actually do work but, a little smallish. Have to backflush more often because of size. Ladder is a joke so, expect to buy a better one. If you have prepped the ground correctly and have experience on building this type of pool, go ahead and give it a shot. If you haven't built one before, hire a pro to install. Now, ordering was a breeze but, received partial shipment and instead of sending missing parts, we had to put everything back on skid and send back to seller. Second shipment was also incomplete but, we complained to seller and they shipped missing parts, without having to send total package back. So, it took us about a month to get what should of taken 5-7 days.
