In all fairness, I paid someone to install it. So no input on how easy or hard it was to put up. I also upgraded the liner and pump at the start. I had read some reviews that the liner was thin so I just wanted to be safe and start with a good quality liner. And for the pump, the one thing I’ve learned with aquariums is that to keep good water quality - over filter! The ladder was an afterthought because the ladder was scary and I’m too old to be teetering around on that thing. In retrospect I should have bought just the pool without all the extras since I ended up buying upgrades anyway. But being a new pool owner I was not 100% sure what I needed. I also ended up buying coping strips to secure the liner because I couldn’t figure out if they came with them or not. A couple reviews indicated they did not. (It did come with them BTW). I am super happy with the pool though. And customer support from the seller was awesome. The return was leaking and they were helpful in resolving that issue. Once I replaced it, I realized the contractor had not used Teflon tape on the outermost piece! So it wasn’t a defective part at all.

This is an absolute gorgeous pool, but easy to install??? Not on this planet, this has been the most difficult pool i have ever dealt with. Worth it after we finally got it up 8 hours later , but i will definitely hire this job out next time

This pool has been the bane of my existence since I ordered it. Part of the reason I chose this one is because it was going to ship within a week or so. It ended up taking more than twice as long as it was supposed to, and it was insane to try and set up. You need a minimum of four healthy adults to get this thing set up. And the directions are vague or non-existent. The ladder arrived broken, and so we let the company know, so they shipped us a replacement part and it arrived broken (like, the broken off piece wasn’t even in the box, so they obviously just shipped us another broken part). The pool seems cheap for the price. With what I paid, I expected to get something that will last years. I’m not going to hold my breath. You’re better off buying from a pool seller and having them set it up for you. Or get one that doesn’t have a steel frame. This one is an expensive waste of time and resources.

We love the pool! We put this together with just us and a couple of ladders. Our only complaint would be the filter pump system. It’s barely adequate for the 10,000 gallons. On paper it’s big enough but practically, it’s not adequate. I upsized the pump the next size up and it made a huge difference. It our second season now. The ladder was not steady enough for me because I’m right at the limit f the ladder. I’d say it’s fine for kids and average weight adults. Great customer service as well.

I had bought this pool at the end of the year and just got to putting it up this year. While we started to fill it I noticed there was a hole in the liner. I messaged the company and they literally replied to me about my issue in a matter of a minute to tell me they were sending me a replacement liner. It came the very next day. Very quick and eager to fix any issues that you might have. This pool is fantastic. It is durable and a lot bigger than I had expected. When I first ordered it, it arrived fast. The directions though are not very clear for the pool build or the ladder build. All except for the terrible directions I would give this company and the pool a 10 star review out of 5.

I'll start off with pool itself. You get what you pay for. (Price a pool from a major pool retailer). The pool itself is ok, although materials are lightweight. Pump and filter actually do work but, a little smallish. Have to backflush more often because of size. Ladder is a joke so, expect to buy a better one. If you have prepped the ground correctly and have experience on building this type of pool, go ahead and give it a shot. If you haven't built one before, hire a pro to install. Now, ordering was a breeze but, received partial shipment and instead of sending missing parts, we had to put everything back on skid and send back to seller. Second shipment was also incomplete but, we complained to seller and they shipped missing parts, without having to send total package back. So, it took us about a month to get what should of taken 5-7 days.

The pool itself is very well and everything that came with it. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool ladder. The very first day my son climbed the ladder and it broke on him. So I messaged the seller and asked what could we do and they said we will replace it. I asked if I could get a sturdier ladder and they said yes but they sent me the same ladder it’s so shaky I hate to climb it and I’m not a very big person. The ladder is the only part I don’t think is good.
