Update: I got in touch with the company. They replaced the ladder. The ladder they sent me was much better upgrade. The pump was also leaking (housing was manufactured improperly). They are also replacing the pump. I can't complain about the customer service. They have been great to work with. I've updated my review for 4 stars. Honestly this is sturdy nice looking pool (after it's installed). The concept of the installation is easy. It's the equipment they give you to do it with, made this a nightmare!! After we (6 adults) finally got it up and the liner installed then it came together. But it took a lot of praying, cussing and finally accepting that this will work. If you're wanting the package with the ladder - Don't. The ladder broke while one of our daughter's was in it (it was installed properly). She's ok and well below the weight limit. We're just lucky someone was there to catch her. I will be calling them about that today. That ladder is a HUGE safety hazard. Do not get that ladder. Trust me on that one.

I had bought this pool at the end of the year and just got to putting it up this year. While we started to fill it I noticed there was a hole in the liner. I messaged the company and they literally replied to me about my issue in a matter of a minute to tell me they were sending me a replacement liner. It came the very next day. Very quick and eager to fix any issues that you might have. This pool is fantastic. It is durable and a lot bigger than I had expected. When I first ordered it, it arrived fast. The directions though are not very clear for the pool build or the ladder build. All except for the terrible directions I would give this company and the pool a 10 star review out of 5.

This pool has been the bane of my existence since I ordered it. Part of the reason I chose this one is because it was going to ship within a week or so. It ended up taking more than twice as long as it was supposed to, and it was insane to try and set up. You need a minimum of four healthy adults to get this thing set up. And the directions are vague or non-existent. The ladder arrived broken, and so we let the company know, so they shipped us a replacement part and it arrived broken (like, the broken off piece wasn’t even in the box, so they obviously just shipped us another broken part). The pool seems cheap for the price. With what I paid, I expected to get something that will last years. I’m not going to hold my breath. You’re better off buying from a pool seller and having them set it up for you. Or get one that doesn’t have a steel frame. This one is an expensive waste of time and resources.

Ladder very wobbly as others have stated. Paint chipped on the top of handle before we even got to use it. Pool liner thin and wish I would have bought a better quality one prior to installing but for the price shouldn’t have to. Rail system was a nightmare to keep in place to install the wall, we finally had to tape it down and cut slices to install the walls without it falling apart on us. Skimmer doesn’t fasten tight so had to silicone it. As stated not new pool owners so very aware of how to install and maintain a pool as our muskin brand lasted 34 yrs.

First things first buy a different liner!!! I read the comments and didn’t want to risk it so I chose a thicker liner!! May be also upgrading the pump and filter system; the one it comes with just doesn’t seem powerful enough! Other then that we love the pool..

I saw the1 star reviews after I already ordered this pool. I’m glad I didn’t see them before I ordered, because I’m pretty happy with it! My husband and I put it together by ourselves and we are not a couple of spring chickens! Yes, the filter could be bigger, but it works fine. I may update it at some point, or I may not. So far so good. The ladder works like all pool ladders do. We built a deck next to the pool so it doesn’t matter very much. Some of the holes don’t line up when putting it together so have a drill handy to make pilot holes. All in all it is a little above average, but if you factor in the price it is well worth it! You will be happy when it’s all put up and have saved thousands of dollars!
