  • LOVE this pool!
Size: 18'
In all fairness, I paid someone to install it. So no input on how easy or hard it was to put up. I also upgraded the liner and pump at the start. I had read some reviews that the liner was thin so I just wanted to be safe and start with a good quality liner. And for the pump, the one thing I’ve learned with aquariums is that to keep good water quality - over filter! The ladder was an afterthought because the ladder was scary and I’m too old to be teetering around on that thing. In retrospect I should have bought just the pool without all the extras since I ended up buying upgrades anyway. But being a new pool owner I was not 100% sure what I needed. I also ended up buying coping strips to secure the liner because I couldn’t figure out if they came with them or not. A couple reviews indicated they did not. (It did come with them BTW). I am super happy with the pool though. And customer support from the seller was awesome. The return was leaking and they were helpful in resolving that issue. Once I replaced it, I realized the contractor had not used Teflon tape on the outermost piece! So it wasn’t a defective part at all. ... show more

  • 16 ft pool combo
Size: 15'
The pool itself is very well and everything that came with it. The only thing I had a problem with was the pool ladder. The very first day my son climbed the ladder and it broke on him. So I messaged the seller and asked what could we do and they said we will replace it. I asked if I could get a sturdier ladder and they said yes but they sent me the same ladder it’s so shaky I hate to climb it and I’m not a very big person. The ladder is the only part I don’t think is good. ... show more

  • The more the merrier
Size: 21'
It was not that difficult to install, but we needed to take it down and move it closer to the deck that was already in place. You will need several adults or large teens to put this together. Getting the shell into the tracks is not a simple job and if the tracks get sand in them, look out.

  • BUYER BEWARE! CHEAP PARTS AND HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS!
Size: 15'
honestly avoid this pool at all cost. spend the extra couple hundred and get yourself a pool with foot covers ( exposed screws on the bottom) wrong instructions that are crucial to putting together you'll end up stripping screws and cross threading they use wood screws into plastic parts. screws are too big for proper assembly. the rubber gaskets are to tight to fit around the openings. spend the extra money and buy a pool with great reviews. I went cheap and paid for it. if you do buy the pool good luck because there is no videos online for this kind. when you put the top plates on the directions for where to screw are absolutely wrong I had to redo it about 6 times before I got the right configuration. I'd give 0 stars if I could ... show more

  • Fantastic Company!
Size: 21'
I had bought this pool at the end of the year and just got to putting it up this year. While we started to fill it I noticed there was a hole in the liner. I messaged the company and they literally replied to me about my issue in a matter of a minute to tell me they were sending me a replacement liner. It came the very next day. Very quick and eager to fix any issues that you might have. This pool is fantastic. It is durable and a lot bigger than I had expected. When I first ordered it, it arrived fast. The directions though are not very clear for the pool build or the ladder build. All except for the terrible directions I would give this company and the pool a 10 star review out of 5. ... show more

  • Nice pool
Size: 18'
We love the pool! We put this together with just us and a couple of ladders. Our only complaint would be the filter pump system. It’s barely adequate for the 10,000 gallons. On paper it’s big enough but practically, it’s not adequate. I upsized the pump the next size up and it made a huge difference. It our second season now. The ladder was not steady enough for me because I’m right at the limit f the ladder. I’d say it’s fine for kids and average weight adults. Great customer service as well. ... show more

  • Cornelius Pool
Size: 15'
We bought a 15' hardsided cornelius pool. I strongly recommend that if you are going to install yourself you have 5 to 6 very strong construction minded men to help do this. Its a long tedious process from the leveling of the ground, the sand installation below the pool, making sure it gets on the rails which the siding is very heavy. Make sure you have a shop vac to blow the sand out of the rails during installation. We were also shorted screws needed. It took us 1 day to level the ground and get the sand installed and 1 day to put the pool together. There were 6 of us granted some were tweens, 2 female adults and 2 male construction guys. Tough work, you need a ladder and a wheel barrow, and lots of tools. ... show more

  • Not to confident in its quality
Size: 15'
This pool is ridiculous to put together. You better have a lot of extra hands! The liner is very thin and seem of low quality. We are considering buying an extra liner. It does not seem it will take good use by a family. I'm hoping it does not tear. The assembly would benefit from good markings on the pieces to help with placement. Things needed to be shifted several times to get right placement meaning dissembling to reassemble. Let's just hope we can get a few years ( more would be nice) of use from it. Not feeling to confident. Edit: It is now full. It leaks around the skimmer. Now we need to remove to try to seal better with something. The pump hardly moves water and does not have an on/ off switch. I think we will be lucky if we get 2 seasons from this pool. I do not recommend!! ... show more
