Love the bag but it said bright white which I wanted. When I received it I was disappointed because it is off-white practically beige. Definitely misrepresented so I gave it 4 stars. However, I like Montana bags and this is a very nice bag so I’m returning it due to the color and ordering one in black. I do wish the made it in a true bright white! Very nice bag inside and out, just don’t order white if you need a true white bag.

I was looking for a small bag with compartments but this is more medium to large size. I’m unhappy with how rusty and old the silver chains on the straps look, almost as if the purse is old but never been used like the purse itself is in good shape but those chains bring the quality of the purse down they’re more of a nickel color like a bronzed silver. I was sending it back because of the rusty looking chains and the size of the bag until my brother bought it for his gf. I wanted something around the same size as my Marc Jacob’s small tote bag so I’m disappointed I have to order something else but I did get another bag from Montana West that I love so this company is still a thumbs up but just this particular bag isn’t for me.
