  • Great quality pool.
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
I had the pool professionally installed, but finding an installer to do it was a challenge, as they have contracts with pool places. The installer stated he was surprised where I bought the pool & it’s great quality. It’s just as good as the pool places selling 6,000.00 pools for a fraction of the cost. I ordered pool sand for underneath from my local landscaping place & paid to have it delivered too. Look up how much you’ll need online for the specs of your pool. Purchase sand for the filter, because it doesn’t come with it. I also purchased separately cushions for the bottom corners. As a previous pool owner for 14 years, I was familiar with the process. There’s no point in investing your money to not install it properly & expect it to last or give it a bad review. The liner wasn’t a bad one, but after reading reviews before buying, I didn’t want to risk finding out if it was good or not on the day of installation. I bought a heavy gauge one with a pattern instead. The ladder isn’t sturdy, it’s not child proof & a hassle to assemble. I will be buying a better one this summer, but it was useable. Use caution with the ladder is my advice. The filter was big enough to keep my pool clean & I had to buy a hose for vacuuming, the pool package came with attachment to go over the basket hole though. i also use a solar cover & swear by it. It keeps my pool clean, does heat it up & keeps the heat in at night & reduces chlorine from being drained from the sun. The solar covers only last for me for about two years but are we’ll worth it I feel. The caps are a hard resin, but from what I seen at pool places this is the new product. They are sturdy & nothing to be concerned about, as many name brand pool manufacturers are utilizing this resin now. I know many have installed the pool themselves, but they also haven’t done so properly from what I read. If you do it on your own plan on a big project & do it right. Dig down, use sand, go the right route & this pool will last. I’m extremely satisfied and saved more than half the money I would’ve if I went to a pool place. ... show more

  • BUYER BEWARE
Size: 24' Style: Phoenix
We purchased this pool last year and only had two months of enjoyment. Definitely don't buy this pool or anything from this seller - they've given me the run around for two days with no end in sight to rectify my situation. But if you have unfortunately ordered this pool, I recommend paying professionals to install it. It's unbelievably difficult to do yourself - you shouldn't be doing it yourself. Hire professionals. We used our pool for two months and thought everything seemed fine. At the end of the season (after September for us) we winterized the pool following a step by step guide and the help of a family member who has a similar pool that he winterizes without problems every year. This spring we discovered that the entire side of our pool - the pool walls - had ripped apart completely where the two sides are bolted together. I mean completed ripped apart like paper, destroying the liner along with it. To say we are devastated is an understatement. I tried calling the seller and they gave me the information for Swimline - the manufacturer of the pool liner. Obviously they couldn't help me as the liner was damaged from the failure of the pool walls. They suggested we call the pool manufacturer directly. I called the seller again - they gave me the same number. They have NO IDEA who the manufacturer or the pool is or how to contact them, no idea about a warranty or coverage, and not even an apology about the experience - not only are we disappointed that we now need to purchase a new pool, we are pretty angry about being out the 3500 that we spent last year for this package. Just DONT BUY IT. Call your local pool supplier and work with them. This has been an absolute nightmare. ... show more

  • Tips for set up and care
Size: 15' Style: Phoenix
So let me start by giving some helpful tips! Tip 1:use boxes and a dolly so roll out the siding it was ALOT EASIER! Tip 2: seal the water return to prevent leaking with Silicone RTV the stuff works to seal it because we ran into a leaking issue with the cork seal definitely didn’t seal and couldn’t get the tightness.. Tip 3 buy a different ladder the one it comes with SUCKS!!! Tip 4: definitely invest in something to cover the pump and protect it from all the weather elements... Tip 5: Fill check for possible leaks around skimmer and water return area the put your chemicals in the chemicals it comes with this are not NEeDed go to your local pool supply store and ask them or ask a pool guy we bought chlorine tablets, liquid chlorine, and a product that is a like a sunscreen for the chlorine it’s a one time use we dissolved it in the skimmer that’s all we used and you will need shock and a chlorine tablet holder and that’s it! Don’t go adding unnecessary things as it may result in skin reactions or throw your pool chemicals off! Turn your pump in one direction only unplug it in between turns to different things or you will end up with water in places it should not go!!! For example backwash till water is clear Unplug pump and turn the handle to rinse let the water run clear.. Unplug and then turn the handle to filter for the first filtration we let it run from 5pm to 6am yup over night... After that we only do 6 hrs in the mornings We recommend running the filter and putting shock in after heavy use and run it all night!!! If it’s not in heavy use 6hrs is just fine! It went up easy and everything went smoothly after we sealed the water return valve.. Praying we get a lot of use out of this beautiful pool for a very long time! Hope these tips help others! We talked to a professional pool guy who is also a good friend and has been in the pool business for many yrs! It was a Good investment! Over all!!! ... show more
