So far, so good. The instructions are not the best. You need at least 3 people to biuld it, my husband and I almost die, its too heavy. Last one I had lasted 26 years, so I hope this is my last purchase for a pool.

Product is good quality and easy to install. Shipping company had damaged box and lost some hardware. I contacted customer support and they offered to return for full refund or give me discount. I was able to purchase needed hardware with discount.

Absolutely THE WORST company! Both their products AND customer support are horrible. I ordered a metal sided pool, which arrived at the neighbors a few days later. I'm a 71 year old woman, and had to retrieve the pool and load it in the truck myself. Pool wall is well over 100 pounds. I stored it all in the garage until a spot was ready, then hired someone to put up the pool. Except that Spreetail neglected to send a liner. So I ordered a liner. The pool folks returned to assemble the pool, but couldn't, because the pool wall didn't fit the base. So I had to pay them and send them home. Spreetail agreed to refund my $ after I returned the pool, which had to be repackaged, placed on a pallet (no pallet when it was delivered) and wait for R&L trucking to pick it up. I had to roll the wall up BY HAND and wrap cardboard around it. I didn't have a machine to do it like Spreetail has. Package was delivered, and now they are offering HALF of what I paid them for the pool. So Spreetail LLC wasn't able to deliver the pool to me. The Spreetail LLC folks weren't able to send everything in my order, and Spreetail LLC wasn't able to send the correct wall for the base of the pool, and NOW, offer me half of what I paid for their terrible product and service! DONT BUY A POOL FORM SPREETAIL! You will regret it

This pool is very difficult to assemble bottom track has very little depth causing the walls to frequently pop out during assembly. If you do not plan on assembling the wall and top all at once the pool is very weak and will pop out of track if left alone. I was able to assemble this correctly and it feels sturdy now but I am skeptical that this will hold up over winters or for any prolonged length of time. I am hoping to be wrong about that. I'll update this next year to comment how it held up through the winter

Make sure you are ready to buy a liner with the pool frame. The frame is all you get. The customer service could not explain that the first replacement, they were under the impression the liner came with the frame that they even sent and second pool frame because i quot "the liner is only available with the pool frame" when the the trucked showed up with the replacement, I declined the drop off of the replacement when I noticed again no liner. Again called the company and they explained at this time no liner was given with the frame. Lot of hassle, After getting the liner, we love the pool. Held up when my boy had friends over at the age of 15.. do recommend clamps or friends when putting up.

The steel pool itself is good . The only problem was that the liner itself must have been a return the way the box was so heavenly taped up. After installing the liner and filling the pool with water I discovered it had 7 small slits in the liner. Though it kinda odd at first glance why the box wa so heavily taped up,

It’s a beautiful pool, and it wasn’t too hard to assemble. But you just need to understand that it needs to be, and I mean completely, windless day. Any unexpected breezes can really muff things up. Also, you really need to have like at least four people. Five would be better. Just to hold the walls up wall your unraveling to spool of pool wall around in circles, and holding it in place in the track. Also, and this is important, when spreading out the liner and bringing it up to the pool lip, pay attention that all lines are even, so that it’s not lopsided. Sounds obvious, doesn’t it. Yeah ok, you’ll see, lol. Also, when pulling that liner around, if the sun is out, it is rapidly absorbing heat and will stretch. Be careful. Slow and steady wins the race. You’re going to get impatient and just want to get it done. If you do and you overlook a fold or a crease or misalignment, you’ll just have to do twice the work later to correct your mistake. So slow your roll there speedy and do it right the first time. It’s worth it.
