iPad is brand new. Didn't come in an apple box but was packaged very well. Charger isn't apple as I expected after reading reviews. Came with little charge. I was nervous opening the package but there was not a single dent or scratch very happy with my purchase.

This iPad is terrible. It will not charge. It started doing that right after the 30 days were up. So now I’m paying monthly on an iPad I can’t use. I am an elderly woman that loves to do jigsaw puzzles on my iPad. I’m so very disappointed.

Sorry for a late review. It's an ipad pro 32G+cellular for $494.99 shipped in April 2017. It does NOT come with an original apple box and an apple power adapter. However, it looks like BRAND NEW with no visible scratches. I need this ipad pro as a drone monitor (drone app. requires the latest ipad). Product came on time. Nicely packaged. Cosmetics perfect. Some questions ask if this is an iPad Pro or not—it is—120%. Gave this as a gift. So far everything is working great. Connectivity to T-Mobile and Comcast wifi fast, easy, routine. Transfer of content from old iPad went perfectly. Battery was dead when it came but expected this—charged normally. Gave 4 stars only because I want to go thru a few charge cycles to see how things work. Yes, the charging cable and block suck. I did not use—just tossed them. Get a mifi rated block and cable or just get both from Apple—since it was a gift, I did the latter and both fit nicely in the packaging. So yes this is a 9.7 pro. Yes, the cosmetics are great. Yes, charging block and cable are terrible but the fix is simple and inexpensive as far as these things go. So far bettery is good but know that even new, the 9.7 has a small battery and while it theoretically can last all day—it will not. Also, if battery starts dropping charge, Apple will replace with one of their refurbished ones for $150 or so. Apple’s have new batteries. From what I read, batteries in 9.7 are very, very hard to replace so best left to experts. Based on my experience, I would order from here again and thinking of getting one for myself. ... show more

No scratches, looks like brand new. Ive had it a few weeks and it's been working great so far. It doesn't come with a apple charger which maybe a problem for someone who doesn't own one because it won't charge on generic but I have other apple products so it was no problem for me.
