    • What’s going on with the damage?
The media could not be loaded. I love this particular solution and have ordered multiple times via Amazon. But my most recent order arrived damaged! The top of the cartoon was already ripped open and the new case inside was cracked down the middle. I see similar damage in other people’s deliveries…This has never happened before, and not sure at what step this damage is occurring. But Amazon and Bausch + Lomb should do a little investing. The actual container of solution is intact, but had that also been damaged, I would be asking for a full refund. ... show more

Product works great. I had been using another brand and after an eye allergy I switched to this and what a difference in clarity in my eyesight. I may however try some other brand but only because I do not like how they made where it comes out it’s flat and the little bumped. It all drizzles down to the rim as I’ve shown in the picture. Also at times I like to put some drops directly in my eyes and this is quit a mess because of that. I’d give 5 stars if they’d redesign this. ... show more
