My youngest son goes through inexpensive tablets ; but I like this one a lot. Appears to have great quality for the price; plus it also isn't very stickler to having a email to function at the same time. It's charger is probably very strong compared to a phone charger; I would not recommend charging this with a phone charger; would be probably less stress upon the battery to use a phone charger , and slower charging , but the battery is really good and has many hours of play; overall a great little item for autism and toddlers to browse through youtube . Haven’t had this tablet for maybe 8 months. Seems like a while however I have a different brand I’ve have for 2.5 years and still works pretty much like it did the day I bought it aside from normal wear. This thing from the beginning had issues connecting to WiFi hotspots or anything of the such. It now won’t stay connected to wifi. At first it would connect then have to be reconnected and it would be fine for a bit then have to be reconnected but now it will not connect at all. I have tried resetting my router disconnecting all devices ect. And this is the only device in the house with this issue. The health of the battery lasted maybe a month and after that it just dies out of nowhere and will even lose all charge within a hour or two even if it’s not in use. It’s laggy and the screen has almost zero sensitivity which isn’t a big complaint seeing at toddler fingers are not always light to the touch. It also doesn’t allow apps like Hulu even tho I read it would. I’m just super disappointed and only put up with it this long until it was in the cards to get one like my other one. ... show more

UPDATE- 1/20/20 One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it wouldn't turn on. It was just a black screen. I wrote to this company and explained the situation. Even though it was past my 30 day return mark, ( it sat in my closet the whole month of December as i bought it early for Christmas) they do tips me to return it and they would repair it if they could. About a week later i got a message from amazon that they refunded me for the tablet. No communication from the company. I guess that's not a huge deal but an email explaining it would have been ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered even though under amazon it says i ordered the same device twice. This one has a different screen saver and i had to download the 20 games myself instead of having them already installed. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I would probably order again. These are great tablets. I bought 2 for Christmas. Kids ages are 6&7. The games that were already installed are great for their ages. Some are a little too young, and a couple are a little challenging. But overall, it was nice having the games already installed so we could decide what types they liked/disliked. Some reviews said the tablet bogged down because of all the games installed. Ours never has. Also downloaded a movie for a long road trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is a 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both of the 9mm chargers broke within the first week. That's my only complaint though. This tablet works well for my 2.5year old son. Cons: -The only real complaint I have is the battery life. My son barely gets through one movie before the tablet dies. -The touch screen also acts up sometimes and I have to hit a button more than once before it registers. -the directions are a little confusing on how to actually set up the tablet Pros: -The kids mode is great, because he cant get back to the home screen to go on the regular internet etc. -The tablet runs off of android system, so whatever apps you can get in the play store for a phone, you can download here -It was really nice how it came with installed apps Overall I really do like this product and with a few minor tweaks, I think it could be a five star product ... show more

I honestly thought I was ordering a different brand, for this one by accident. Battery life is ok. My son has very limited screen time so the battery doesn’t bother me, however I wouldn’t use this in a road trip or plane, it wouldn’t last long. The processor is extremely slow, apps take forever to download. There are a few quirks in the settings, not that a young child would notice. You can not download more than one app at a time and be sure to clear your running apps before moving on to something new. The unit will restart randomly while using a new app or downloading, which is irritating. It’s not innately kid friendly for younger children, using the password can be frustrating and not having any sort of home button. There is also a lag with the touchscreen. The apps that came with the tablet are great for my 3 year old. Honestly, I should have returned when I received it, but I wanted to give it a shot. If you’re looking for a cheap tablet I think the RCA voyager tablets are better quality at a lower price. (This is what we had for him before it got dropped In the ocean) ... show more

I bought this tablet as a Xmas gift in Dec 2025 and on the last 2 months, it started having connection issues (wouldn't stay connected or find networks) and now it has lost sound. And the battery is crap. It has to be charged every single day and there is a lag. I think next time I'll stick with the brands I know and spend more instead of grabbing a deal.
