The media could not be loaded. My 2 year old loves this tablet!! It is very compact and affordable for the quality of it! Easy to navigate! There is no lag on the video or apps being used! The touch sensors are very sensitive so you don't have a 2 year old trying to break the screen while pushing the back buttons! Haha It can be used for both adults and kids! It also has its own system operation for the kids side of it! You can add the parent approved apps and videos and know your kid isn't watching things they shouldn't!! I will be honest.. this is my second one because the first one had a battery issue but I was able to get in contact with customer service and have another one sent out! I purchased 2 tablets for both my kids. It’s only been 2 months and both tablets touch screen stopped working!! They anre really slow to charge and Use but besides that they are not broken or have been dropped or any water damage!! The screen just won’t read the touch sensor. It’s really annoying! UPDATE- 1/20/20 One of the tablets from Christmas just "broke". One day it wouldn't turn on. It was just a black screen. I wrote to this company and explained the situation. Even though it was past my 30 day return mark, ( it sat in my closet the whole month of December as i bought it early for Christmas) they do tips me to return it and they would repair it if they could. About a week later i got a message from amazon that they refunded me for the tablet. No communication from the company. I guess that's not a huge deal but an email explaining it would have been ideal. I just received my new tablet and so far so good. It's not the same as the first 2 we ordered even though under amazon it says i ordered the same device twice. This one has a different screen saver and i had to download the 20 games myself instead of having them already installed. Not a huge deal though. Overall, I would probably order again. These are great tablets. I bought 2 for Christmas. Kids ages are 6&7. The games that were already installed are great for their ages. Some are a little too young, and a couple are a little challenging. But overall, it was nice having the games already installed so we could decide what types they liked/disliked. Some reviews said the tablet bogged down because of all the games installed. Ours never has. Also downloaded a movie for a long road trip and still no problems. The tablet comes with 2 types of chargers. One is a 9mm and the other is a regular cell phone charger. Both of the 9mm chargers broke within the first week. That's my only complaint though. Bought two of these for my twin grandchildren. The battery life is long enough for the time they are allowed to use them, but the games that come with the product are for very young children. My grandchildren had never had any kind of iPad, etc. so they are happy with it, even though they are five years old. I see kids two years old carrying around this kind of product and for children like that, these would probably not be adequate. My other concern is there are no instructions for the games. You just have to learn how to do them by trial and error. Doesn’t seem to bother my grandkids, but drives me crazy. Also, I wanted stories that were read aloud to help them start to recognize words. The problem with the stories on this device is that the reading is very stilted, the stories are way too young, and when the story is read, the entire sentence or paragraph is highlighted, not highlighted word by word - for someone who doesn’t read yet that is a little confusing. One other note, the piece on the charger that you insert in the device to charge has a very weak end. My granddaughter’s is already bent, but it is still charging. Just be careful with the end of the charger. They do connect to the Internet however, and I plan on downloading them more advanced games and stories as they get older. All in all, for the price, I am OK with these devices. Haven’t had them long enough to know if they will hold up over time, but as long as they do, and I can connect to the Internet to get them more advanced games and stories, they are worth the money I paid. ... show more

I had trouble setting everything up at first but once I figured it out, it went a lot smoother. Bought it for my oldest granddaughter and she absolutely loves it. We haven't had any issues with it at all.

It’s an ok tablet. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t let me set times for using it and doesn’t block the tablet when the time is up. And it’s so slow. It’s cute and my kids likes the Disney stories added.
