The device is in its pristine condition, all working well and the features are outstanding. Since its not a brand new one i still think the price is right with the device condition i got. The packaging was still original although it may have been dirty because of how the first owner kept it but the ipad itself is good and was tested by amazon resale team really well. I havent had it for quite some time now so im sure what issues might come in the long run and use, but i sure will take good care of this ipad. Thanks amazon!

Use this iPad for college I tried using the iPad mini 7th gen but the screen was just to small this iPad is perfect for portability and productivity the iPad easily gets me through all day in class. The screen is bright and vibrant I wouldn’t change a single thing on this device.

This has been by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with Amazon. This is the second time I’ve purchased an iPad from Amazon in the last six months, and both times have been a complete failure. The first one was refurbished—within a week of getting it all set up, the touch screen quit working, so I had to return it. I decided to give it another chance and ordered a brand-new iPad this time. I loved it — at first. I got it fully set up, called my provider, added it to my plan… and then, in less than a week, it just stopped turning on altogether. I’m a regular Amazon shopper for almost everything, but take it from me: do NOT buy an iPad from Amazon. I’m in the process of returning it now, again. I’m extremely frustrated but mostly disappointed.
