So far so good! I was extremely skeptical at first because of the bad reviews I seen. But I am actually very pleased. It did arrive dead so I had to charge it, but it didn’t come with any dings, scratches, cracks or anything. When I first turned it on it took a while to charge, it did charge to 100% and the battery does seem to last because I’ve been on it for about 20 mins and only went down 4%. But any who when I started setting it up and got to the language part it did do a weird reboot but maybe it was because it needed to charge more but outside of that this iPad is great so far. Speed wise it’s pretty good, it doesn’t move slow, the set up was easy, and I think I got a great value for my money. I’ll be back in a few weeks with an update. I will be purchasing another one for my husband! ... show more

Took a gamble buying this refurbished iPad, and was 99.9% satisfied. Battery life seems a little shorter than the identical iPad I used to own (but lost recently), but this might be my imagination. If it is a shorter life, it’s not by much and to be expected in a 3-4 year old iPad. The screen was in perfect shape, a few minor marks on the back and a little uneven wear around the camera lens (in the shape of a case opening). Once you factor in the price, this is a very good deal and I’m completely satisfied that buying refurbished (or “renewed”) was a good idea. I will probably buy a newer one for work use soon, and will be coming back to the refurbished/renewed offerings. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this renewed ipad. I couldn’t find any scuffs, scratches, or dents on the entire device and I looked it over VERY carefully. The battery was at 96% health when it arrived which is also shockingly high for a renewed device. There hasn’t been any issues with using it either. It setup just like a new device right out of the box. No problems with low quality screens, the touchscreen works flawlessly, and all the buttons have the snappy new feel to them still. The only way I could tell the difference from this iPad to a brand new one is the box it comes in, and more importantly, the price I paid for it! ... show more

I got my iPad Air 2 the other day and have not been able to put it down since! I usually don't care for tablets because I use my phone for basically everything, but this device is amazing! You cannot tell it's refurbished AT ALL. Not a single scratch anywhere on it. It works amazingly, the ONLY negative thing I have to say is about the charger. I've had this product for a combined total of 3 and a half days and the charging cord broke, like the actual piece you plug into the ipad snapped clean off and was still plugged into the charging port and the charging block is super generic. But, that's not even a huge concern for me because I just went and spent 20 dollars on a new cord and I had a different block. Overall I love this product and am even ordering my husband one to upgrade the iPad 2 he currently has. ... show more
