So far so good! I was extremely skeptical at first because of the bad reviews I seen. But I am actually very pleased. It did arrive dead so I had to charge it, but it didn’t come with any dings, scratches, cracks or anything. When I first turned it on it took a while to charge, it did charge to 100% and the battery does seem to last because I’ve been on it for about 20 mins and only went down 4%. But any who when I started setting it up and got to the language part it did do a weird reboot but maybe it was because it needed to charge more but outside of that this iPad is great so far. Speed wise it’s pretty good, it doesn’t move slow, the set up was easy, and I think I got a great value for my money. I’ll be back in a few weeks with an update. I will be purchasing another one for my husband! ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this renewed ipad. I couldn’t find any scuffs, scratches, or dents on the entire device and I looked it over VERY carefully. The battery was at 96% health when it arrived which is also shockingly high for a renewed device. There hasn’t been any issues with using it either. It setup just like a new device right out of the box. No problems with low quality screens, the touchscreen works flawlessly, and all the buttons have the snappy new feel to them still. The only way I could tell the difference from this iPad to a brand new one is the box it comes in, and more importantly, the price I paid for it! ... show more

I purchased two iPads in “excellent” condition. They both work well, and have great battery life. However, I’m using my iPhone’s charger to charge them because the ones that came with aren’t of quality (they charge the iPads very slowly). Additionally, one of the iPads came with a chip/crack on the home button (see photo), which affects Touch ID capabilities. Update: The seller gave me a 20% partial refund for the chipped home button, so I spent less than $168 on two iPads that work very well. I highly recommend this seller!! ... show more

The battery dies waaay too soon. It’ll die on like 30%. So I barely use it except for basic functions. And have to put it on a charger asap or it’ll be useless for the next use

Overall, I'm happy with this purchase, especially since this iPad is about 10 years old. The display and sound is great. Some users may not like the lower storage capacity and the lower resolution camera, but this suits my casual use needs (streaming YouTube videos and Netflix, playing Candy Crush, jotting down notes) and my occasional FaceTime with family members since I'm not an iPhone user. The only big con with this purchase is that it doesn't charge consistently. I'm not sure if it's the port on the iPad or the charger itself. So I have to constantly check when it's charging that it's *actually* charging. ... show more

Ipad air 2 overall is amazing for what I paid and for it to be renewed now downside is it's not updated to 16.0 so majority of apps are not downloading like YouTube and some games because it must be up to date other than that amazing purchase and tablet is huge for a kid colors are bright the screen is amazing ... show more

I deleted or organized all the preloaded apps so now it’s just her learning apps, and she’s been able to navigate it easily on her own. It came at 27% battery, and although it didn’t seem to charge much at first, the battery life is impressive — she used it on and off for about four hours and it only went down to 19%. ... show more
