The outside of the tablet is pristine, however this company should know well by now it is selling ipads that are unusable. You cannot update the system therefore the apps do not work. Not what I was expecting. The iPad worked just fine. But go to download apps and it I couldn't because most apps take update 13 and higher. This iPad was only updated to 12.1. I returned it as it was completely useless to me.

I love this iPad. The screen is brilliant. It's very fast, very user friendly and the battery lasts all week even when streaming quite a bit. It has an older IOS but what Apple doesn't tell you is you can still download apps from your purchased apps section, nearly all of them work perfectly. the ipad is not so bad but it’s not good either it’s stuck on ios 12 you can’t really get a lot of apps that need ios 14 as an example i try getting snapchat and it said i can’t get it because i need ios 14 on the ipad and it is lagging a little bit
