I only kept the iPad for a few days, but it was good. Nothing wrong with the item itself. It lit right up, and setup was quick, easy, and straightforward. The item arrived on time and in good condition. The appearance was like new, with no scratches on the front or back. It’s a bit different working with tech this old (2018 I think), but It’s not difficult. The value/price ratio of this iPad can’t be doubted. The only problem was the 32GB storage capacity. That filled up pretty quickly, and you know that when that happens error messages start popping up. Anyway I returned this iPad and ordered one of the same model but with 128GB capacity. Arrived in 2-3 days after order, even prior to Amazon confirming delivery. I was a little worried about the packaging as the ipad was in a bubble sleeve inside a thin cardboard box about the size of the ipad and finally inside a mail envelope like you would use to send documents. However when I pulled the ipad out it was in excellent condition, no scratches or defects on any sides or surfaces. It came with no charge but a note that the included aftermarket charger is compatible with the ipad. Initial charge was slow, I would say it took about 6-7 hours to get 100% on initial charge. Apple has documented that initial charge should take around 4 hours. I only used it for about 1 hour while I was configuring for my 7 year old and it had 90% battery remaining. From what I’ve read, expected battery like for the 2017 ipad is about 9 hours. I didn’t notice any excess heat coming from the ipad and it was responsive as you would expect from a new device. This is my first refurbished amazon tech purchase and overall I am very pleased after initial inspection. I will update this post prior to the Amazon 90 day warranty expiring and after it gets plenty of daily use to document our experience. ... show more

    • Ghost typing
I purchased this IPad in “good” condition. It worked good at first, I did noticed a small side of the screen does not work. I was gonna deal with it because it’s such a good price but after 2 days of my son using it it began “ghost typing”, I’ve restarted the IPad multiple times, took off the case to make sure it was clean, even reset the whole IPad which worked for a day and now it’s doing it again. I will be returning and repurchasing one in “excellent” condition, I believe it’s just an issue with this one IPad (hopefully). ... show more

What a great buy ! This ipad works perfect and there were no issues with defects internally or externally. She is able to facetime, color is bright, and its fast speedwise. My daughter loves it. Highly recommend! Update: After only 3 months this item doesn't even charge. We have bought countless chargers of every type - no luck. Of course the seller won't refund/exchange it. Do not buy! You may get lucky and get a solid device - or you get a bad one. Isn't worth the risk... ... show more

I DO NOT regret buying this refurbished iPad mini in grey it WORKS PERFECTLY!! I was a little nervous to buy it at first but it works really good just like a new one.
