I purchased this in average condition, when it first came i was stressing because it had on voice over and it wasn’t allowing me to set it up so just turn that off as soon it arrives. They are in excellent condition, very easy to set up - connect to iPhone - connect to their Apple watches - and connect to Macbook Pro with ease! Purchased refurbished at "excellent" condition through the seller JemJem, the iPad shipped quickly and was delivered earlier than expected. Packaging was subpar as it only came in a small bubble wrap bag inside a thin cardboard box however there was no visible damage to the packaging or product. Came with a charger that does not seem to be an Apple official one. The iPad has many noticeable medium sized scratches and scrapes on the screen. None of them are deep and they don't effect the usability of the device however they are still visible even under a screen protector. I could find no other cosmetic flaws on any other part of the device. Overall good quality for the price compared to buying new. Will add on to this review after using the device if I have any notes about the battery life. ... show more

I was super excited about this and assumed that it would be properly checked and repaired to the “excellent” condition it claims to be. However, it shuts off every couple minutes. When I first powered it on, the battery was at 83%. After just a minute or two, it was in the red and shut off. I plugged it in and started it back up and it showed a low battery, then bounced back to 83%. It worked fine for a few minutes again, then showed a low battery and died even though it was plugged in. Restarted right away and it powered back on showing 83%. I’ve reset the device and tried fully charging it, but it does the same thing. Not functional at all. It’s worth it to me to spend the extra $70 to get a refurbished one from Apple. If this company sent me a device that won’t even stay on for two minutes, it seems like a pretty good chance that other components will soon prove faulty as well. ... show more
