I ordered an IPad two other times with other refurbished ipad vendors on Amazon and had to return them due to defects preventing efficient use: jammed home button, defective charger port. This is the only vendor I have come across offering a quality refurbished product and customer service with their products. I would order from them again. Now the battery life is about 4-5 hours. I expected longer. But its fine because I purchased it for my toddler who needs limited screen time. Otherwise, screen size is good, color offering is nice:gold, easy set up and use, durability is good in a durable shock case, and great value for the money.

Gave this a bit of use and so far am loving it. A good option for someone who wants something good to draw on but doesn't have the money to blow on a drawing tablet they can't even use for anything else. I haven't experienced any issues with the battery life so far, and it runs smoothly, not slow or anything. Way nicer than anything I've had before, and at so much of a better price than new. There were a few barely noticeable scratches on the back, and a small dent at the corner, but I really don't mind as it's covered by the case anyway. The colors are noticeably very bright. Works well with a stylus I bought on here. A nicer feel than the android tablet I had before.

It’s a good tablet overall. I really love how big the screen is and how easy it is to use. It also came with a screen protector already installed, which was a nice bonus. The only downside is that it can run a little slow since it’s an older model, and the battery life isn’t the best, so I had to take off one star. That said, you get what you pay for. It’s definitely not the best iPad out there, but it’s functional and does what I need it to.

I bought this last summer and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The iPhone I have was a gift from my brother-in-law. It’s quite small. It’s an older model, but it was a gift and I was grateful to have it. But at the time I purchased the iPad I was well into my chemo treatments and just wanted a larger screen for various reasons. The refurbished iPads were on sale and I chose one that was listed as in excellent condition. As much as I use it has definitely paid for itself at this point. It was as described, clean and ready to go. All I had to do was add my apps. As others noted in their reviews, it is very slow to recharge much slower than my iPhone. But since I have both, I just put this one down and let it recharge, and get on my phone if I want to play my game or surf the Internet.

I really like it so far. I bought a used one that was listed as in good condition. The sound works perfectly, and I haven’t noticed any scratches or dents. It came with a screen protector, which might be why there are no scratches visible. There is a small discoloration or bubble at the top, but I think that’s just from the screen protector being placed there. The iPad is fast and up-to-date. I haven't tested the charger yet. It arrived today, and I’ll share more updates after I’ve had some more time to use it.

Brief update 8/3/26 - certain spots on the screen towards the bottom have a weird reaction time (notice when typing and gaming). Charges better with the authentic charger I bought. Doesn’t charge super fast, but I charge it overnight mostly. Battery only dies quicker if gaming. Still overall pleased. When I first got the iPad, battery life was at 3%. It took FOREVER to get the iPad to even charge a little bit (I did not use the one in the box, I had my own authentic apple cube, and an Amazon basics lightning cable). Once plugged in, I started the setup process, but had to restart the iPad multiple times as it was not loading on certain screens. Finally, I left it to charge and it probably took close to 30 minutes to get from 3% to 9%. After that however, next time I looked it was at 20%, and was charging much quicker. I also at this time was able to complete setup easier no problem. It's now set up, and it charged to 100%. My one issue still, is typing on it. The keyboard doesn't always pick up what I'm typing, and it may briefly freeze as well. I don't do a lot of typing typically, it's only for all the login stuff for setup. I also bought a screen protector, so could be that too. Overall, seems like a good purchase. Will update if it goes downhill. I did order an apple lightning cable ($15) to charge it with. I don't recommend the one in the box at all.
